很容易赔。
我涉及的那起case，一个病人做ct，注射对照液，胳膊上的静脉留置管infiltrated，
胳膊肿了。这个不是发生在我班上，发生这事也不是很罕见。医生知道这事，就是说多
观察，敷冰，抬高胳膊。病人一晚上都喊痛，我呢，就是给止痛药，也没有专门给医生
打电话。我也chart了。
我运气好的是第二天早上，医生来了，看了胳膊没有采取额外措施。这就撇清了我的责
任。
然后下午病人因为compartment综合症被送去紧急手术。
手术完了出院了，病人起诉医院和医生说手不好使了。
律师找我谈过一次话，说做好上庭准备。后来一直没消息，我查了一下case，庭前和解
了，医院赔了几十万。 |

放在车里。第二条是列车乘客可以托运枪支。2001年911后是不允许。同时，奥巴马总
统还明确指出政府不会收缴大家已经拿回家的枪，不管是白枪还是黑枪。真正打击了拥

昨天刚买完出Best Buy就在门口停车场被一老墨抢了。我抓着他不放，还威胁我有刀可
以捅死我。最后抢走了一部分东西。看见我用手机拍照（拍车），还开车转回来威胁我
，貌似想开车撞我（最后没敢）。后来还在车里亮一个什么东西，貌似是刀或者短棍之
类的。
那个时候倒不是怎么害怕，就是郁闷＋恨，为什么加州不能合法带枪合法CCW。让这些
鸟人这么嚣张。万幸也没有过分fight引发血案。
如果平时一直放一把unload的手枪在后车厢trunk隔板下面，load的弹匣放在副驾
compartment里面，如果警察查到问起来就说是去靶场，或者正在运输，也是合法的吧
？这样紧急的危险虽然没法防御，但是像这种歹徒这么嚣张的威胁还是有机会能用上的
吧。大家看可行么？还是不值得，只能自找麻烦？ |

天儿热了,空调用的多,但是俺的车上空调用过以后再单独开风扇,就会有股湿热的味道.
查了haynes,上面对去掉空调的味道没说很明白,只提到是由于evaporator上面有水,
所以长了细菌和霉菌,但是如何清除,上面只说要翘开evaporator的外壳往里喷清洁剂.
后来问了别的人,才知道原来evaporator就在手套箱后面.
昨天下午六点多开工,把手套箱拆下来,就看见一个大黑盒子,上面有个蓝标签,写着use
R134a,就是它了.盒子有上下两部分,把周围一圈螺丝拧下来,结果盒子晃啊晃的就是不
肯下来,俺跪在地上弄了好久,总觉得盒子上面那个特别大的四针的插座好象在说:"拆
我啊,拆我啊".因为evaporator上面有air bag,不知道是不是shock sensor,所以
还是小心的先把电池给断开,才去拧那个插座,等插座拧下来了,也看见里边的evaporator
的网格了,仔细看了看拧下来的sensor,里边是个双金属片,原来是空调测温的探头.

间挑挑捡捡别的车, 而且毕竟是还能出空调的风, 也就买下了. 3个星期前, 发现风扇调
速器彻底停止了工作, 无论开到了哪一档速度, 都没风吹出来. 这在冬天现在的天气里,
实在是太不方便了. 每天早上要开车前都要烧上一大盆热水浇在车窗上, 而且还得赶紧开
走, 并且打开刮雨器猛刮,冲才能防止重新结冰. 这几天放假, 于是决定试着修一下.
我修理风扇调速不工作的基本依据和步骤是按照HANYES的手册. 以下是一个流水帐式的记
录:
1. 把前排乘客一侧, Glove Compartment 和Dash Board拆除;
2. 把空调风扇马达的供电插头拔出, 接到万用表上准备测电压;
3. 把车钥匙转到”ON”位置, 车的空调风扇调速器调到1,2,3,4各个位置, 测出相应的电
压值, 为3.5至7.6伏不等, 小于12伏, 于是接着下一步;
4. 拆下空调风扇马达, 直接连到车电池上, 运转正常, 接着下一步;
5. 拆下空调风扇电阻. 这是一块6.5cmX4.5cm的薄PCB板, 上面有两个电阻, |

例子并不意味我只依靠一个指标来得出结论。
你不妨看一看，“Measures of occupant compartment intrusion on driver side”
那一section里，Ford Edge，Honda Accord Crosstour，Mazda CX-7， CX-9，大切等
等的*几乎所有的*指标，都比Equinox要*明显*好。
我说Equinox不属于结实的，并不单只因为“Footwell intrusion”不是一流范围之内
，还有“Instrument panel rearward movement”、“Steering column movement”和
“A-pillar rearward movement”等也是平均水平。安全笼的任何指标不是低于平均水
准就是在平均水准附近，用“不太结实”来作为结论很合理。
再多说一句。“Top Safety Pick”明显就商业成分浓厚啊，一个segment选8个，基本

，应该更正为“德国豪华车结实”。你不妨去浏览一下IIHS的测试里对于安全笼各点变
形的数据，你就知道这思想是多么片面。比如说比较一下2007 Camry和2006 Passat的
occupant compartment intrusion那个数据表，其实Passat这车还老贵了。我这里就不
copy-paste那些数字出来了，免得你下不了台。

Pilot和CX-9来比，Pilot座位宽敞一些。但三排全用上后的cargo space基本一样，可
能还少一些。数据上来说，Pilot cargo space with all seats up大一点，但这是因
为Pilot后面是方的。这方的多出来一块利用率低。所以使用起来没什么区别。Pilot
cupholders，storage compartments多一些。
但CX-9做工好很多。看起来摸起来都很舒服。有皮椅特别是双色皮椅感觉比pilot漂亮
一些。
外观来看各人有各人爱好。
驾驶感觉CX-9非常好。我试驾过的同类车型里面是最好的。开起来更像car,其他的更像
truck。在弯道处理上毫不费力，非常平稳。
加速差不多。但减速上，Pilot比较长。是同类车型里面最差的。我记得从60麦到零一
般是不到140 feet，Pilot要150多。关键时候这10几feet还是有作用的。
