刚看到一个部分是关于训练孩子睡眠的。
简单说
一般是从四个月开始，但他们发现其实从两个月开始更加有效。这时间训练孩子独立睡
眠只需要三天。
晚上喂饱孩子时候把孩子扔床上，然后离开不要再打搅孩子，第二天早上再来看孩子。
孩子大概第一天和第二天会哭的比较厉害，第三天第四天就没事了。
具体文章参见下面。因为我对这便不熟悉，觉得有点夸张。他们说的是否真的这么简单
有效。当然，我逻辑上同意他们的说法，越早训练，孩子依赖性越容易摆脱，有可能事
半功倍。但不知道大家看法如何？

I did plan to send her to preschool. However, most of the programs start

There were not a lot of child care accepting < 2 yrs.
This teacher is nice. She organized birthday parties and I can see that she

昨天开始我们发现他几乎不太走动了，除非是去上厕所。其他时候就呆在一个地方，走
路看起来也是很不稳，摇摇晃晃的。今天早上喂饭的时候，我们突然发现他肚子大起来
了，软软的，跟之前不一样了，顿时有种不详的感觉。给他称了体重，长了不少，就觉
得十有八九是变成wet了。早上喂了饭以后我们在沙发上，酥糖也在，酥饼本来远远地
望着，后来脚步蹒跚的走过来，上了沙发，在我们旁边躺了好一会儿。这十步可能是这
两天他走的最远的一次。
大概昨天开始越来越差，今天是最糟糕的一天，他几乎不动，呼吸困难，我们哭了一下
午，就陪着他，后来他慢慢呼吸越来越不好，肚子越来越大（毫不夸张，几个小时后就
比之前大了好多。。），去了沙盆都是出来就直接趴在沙盆旁边，去喝水也是守着水碗
，把头搁在水碗沿上，胸前的毛全部湿了。他太累了没力气fight了。。
大概傍晚的时候，我们差不多已经做了决定要送他走，不能再让他suffer了，可是真的
舍不得，我眼泪都流干了，不停的亲他，说我们很爱他。他没力气干任何事... 阅读全帖 |

Today will be Subing's 5th dose of PI..
This past weekend was the worst weekend. He went downhill fast - wasn't
moving, wasn't opening his eyes that much. We basically cried the whole
weekend, and I've never seen LD crying like that before. I think that's
probably when we finally realize that we're going to lose Subing, soon.

心里有点小感慨，于是就想送一首歌给你，雨多田光的this one.
