Alzheimer's 和vascular dementia的最大区别就是clinical course。 所以光光凭一
个office visit就能区分是不可能的。 前者是slow progression， 后者往往是stable
until next ischemic event。 最容易的区分就是CT， 有没有stroke一看就知道了，
没有stroke，vascular dementia就是浮云。
depression可以是cause或者complication of dementia， 是可以治疗的， 这个题目
说2年和5年前用药后成功的治好了， 什么病可以这样？ 后来又可以复发？ Vascular
dementia是stroke引起的， 阿司匹林可以治愈dementia？

to depression. Dementia however comes with depression at some degree. It is
not uncommon to see Alzheimer's at 50's and they could deteriorate

acetylcholinesterase inhibitor如Aricept可能有一定cogntive改善。 但不能指望过
高。其他种类的dementia，如vascular，lewi body，frontal lobe dementia，
Aricept就没有多少用。
mild cognitive impairment多发生在较年轻。如您家人七十岁左右，cogntive
functions progressively 下降，dementia可能性较大。当地医生应该给出适当诊断。
Aricept是处方药。otc没有针对dementia的药，但对症治疗很重要。保证患者安全（如
不要单独上街，开火做饭）和生活起居最重要，这是家人和护理者的责任。
我们精神科主要针对behavior disturbance；neurologist治疗早期更有经验。A大可否

发帖数: 5892 | 17 老年性痴呆，是一部分老年人和少数中年人患上的大脑神经系统和脑细胞方面出现问题的病症。其核心的问题是大脑萎缩, 以及大脑功能的全方位退化。
关于老年性痴呆的起因机制，现代的科学还不能给予一个明确的解释，但是遗传基因，体内生化物质失去平衡，化学污染，铝金属，核放射，病毒感染等等，都有可能导致此病。病理解剖显示大脑有严重的钙化等。其实，我们每个人都不知道我们将来会不会患上年性痴呆。
另外，近两年的学术研究，更多地转入生化分析部分。专家们发现，患老年性痴呆的人的大脑内的有些生化物质，是与忧郁症的生化物质是一样的。研究发现，长期患忧郁症的人，其到老年后患上老年性痴呆的机率，比正常人群体高了好些个百分点。

昨天，这些人折腾了一天，白天，晚上皮啦啦，也不知道谁把谁杀了，谁把谁带走了。
反正我先生和孩子被绑架了，就不知道是不是已经遇害了。我本来是打算睡觉的，但他
们头上，地下装电磁波攻击器，让我几乎窒息。虽然我没倒下，但其实他们在我身上扎
的毒针已经蔓延，我能感觉到我的呼吸有窒息的感觉。我想我对他们已经非常仁慈了，
但他们不依不饶地攻击我，欲置我于死地，让我非常生气，特别是肆意伤害我家里的人
，绑架我先生和孩子，而且有许许多多无辜的生命毁于他们之手，有必要把他们曝光。
当然我还没分析这里边是那几个人具体攻击我，伤害我的，但他们显然都是一伙的。鉴
于他们伤害我的头部，胸部 和胃部，我就把这几部分的医生都曝光，受害者慢慢去调
查，追查他们吧。

decedents with a dementia diagnosis received three or more days of hospice
care. By the year 2007, that proportion had grown to 33.6%.。
现在很多重症dementia病人，都是放弃治疗。如果不放弃，只能送nursing home，
nursing home也不愿接这样的病人，就会很快送回医院。

底她是不是dementia，符合不符合dementia的诊断，楼主也没有给出证据。我只是在想
，catataonic depression其cognitive functions会极具降低。
其实我想，只要让我们亲眼看看人，做简单的测试，诊断很快就会清楚。
