证明因果性。就是说不能只用它来说明因为摩门教的教导导致了抑郁症的增加。Sparty
列出的文献是研究摩门教信仰是不是跟抑郁症有关的。但是具体结论好像还不是统一的

痴呆简易筛查量表(Brief Screening Scale for Dementia,BSSD），张明园1987年编制
的，本量表易于掌握，操作简便，可接受性高，是一个有效的，适合我国国情的痴呆筛
查量表。
本量表是应用较为广泛的痴呆量表，包括30个项目，其中常识/图征理解4项，短时
记忆3项，语言理解3项，计算/注意3项，地点定向5项，时间定向4项，即刻记忆3项，
物体命名3项及一些认知功能等。
评定注意事项：
1、年份/日期：可按照阳历或阴历纪年回答均为正确。
2、五分分币，钢笔套，钥匙圈：回忆时，无须按照顺序。
3、连续减数：上一个计算错误得0分，而下一个计算正确，后者可得1分。
4、命令理解：要按指导语，将三个命令说完后，请被试者执行。
结果：
总分，范围为0～30分。分界值为文盲组16分，小学组（教育年限≤6年）19分，中
学或以上组（教育年限＞6年）22分。

her family members, and could hardly form a meaningful conversation with
anyone. but a couple of days before she passed away, she talked and told my

发帖数: 7030 | 31 有啊 类似的实验很多吧 OE一个Abeta进去就成（或者OE APP），这样的老鼠会发展dem
entia 也会形成plaque 但是这不说明Abeta amyloid就是dementia的充分条件 甚至很可
能也不是必要条件，这里面的关系从我一个外行的角度看很不清楚
比如说 APP老鼠没形成plaque的时候有时候就会出现demintia/neuronal death,反过来
阻止了plaque的方法（beta-secretase KO, Abeta antibody）未必就一定能够阻止de
mentia.
而且现在的实验都还是没有完全解决到底是soluble Abeta还是amyloid才是致病机理的
问题，尽管现在看起来更多的人相信是soluble abeta导致了疾病 而amyloid是自我保护
机制。
不过总的来说APP/Abeta和AD的关系应该不太会有问题 至少在APP突变的病人里AD的发展
是很信服的 |

发帖数: 15 | 35 看不到全文。但不怀疑数据的真实性，因为从道理上说是行得通的。但有两点比较关键。
1. 清除Abeta的药物（免疫方法或Bace1抑制剂）都已经出来，虽可以清除Abeta，但根
本就没有改善dementia的疗效。所以这样的研究不但临床应用可能性很低，而且又没有
疗效，别人觉得这样的研究毫无意义。
2. 没有一个老鼠模型是真正的Alzheimer。纯粹的Abeta高表达和形成plaque不导致
neuronal死亡，除非同时做Tau mutation。 这跟人为的其他方法杀死神经细胞没有什
么区别，所以和alzheimer就没什么关系。而且，tangle被怀疑只是neuron stress后期
的东西，不在早期起作用。就是说在AD被人脑内杀死neuron的根本就不是plaque和tau
的直接作用。所以，用所谓的AD老鼠模型其来做疗效只能是相当于体外模型，没有强有
力的说服力的。
早期清除Abeta肯定可以防止Alzheimer，这已是公认的事实。但疾病进程一旦启动，很

在扯蛋 不如 JAMA-neurology/psychiatry 和 lacent -neurology 以及 专业临床期刊
比如Alzheimer's Disease & Dementia, schizophrenia bulletin 等等

marie-tooth syndrome, one guy with bad keloid. One elder lady with

原则上是很Reasonable的事, 可能有些医院做起来并不难，但对我们的Patient
Population很难很难，几乎70% 的病人除了自己现有的症状，就一问三不知，有些人还
到处乱窜，自己都搞不清楚当时在那个医院看了什么病，甚至自己得过什么病也拎不清
楚，能把药瓶带来我们就谢天谢地了。还有些Homeless装病就为了免费吃喝，我还曾经
花了两个多小时打电话FAX要病历，结果就证明了病人确实是说了谎。所以要收集那些
信息绝对工作量是大大的。昨天Oncall，10个病人，3个AMS，2个Syncope，2个
Dementia，还有一个病人昨天去看时说自己有症状X, 今天rounding时Attending问时完
全否认自己的说法，硬说自己症状其实是Y，Attending还很疑惑的看着我们，他看着不
像在扯谎呀，FT, 那难道我们撒谎了？这样的H&P真不是花一般功夫能写好的。我们的
Intern一夜没睡，现在还在写H&P呢，而且我看他的Notes没有一个合乎要求的，Kaka。
