Suzuki（鈴木）-日本品牌，於2009年12月9日斥資2225億日元(25億美元)入股19.9%股份

在北美地區，由於鈴木汽車主要專注在小型車的經營，美國市場日趨嚴格的車輛安全法
規與日圓的大幅升值導致其美國子公司、美國鈴木汽車公司（American Suzuki Motor
Corp）大幅的虧損。2012年11月6日鈴木宣布其美國子公司將引用破產法第11章（
Chapter 11）進入破產保護重整狀態，除了停止在美國近27年的汽車銷售業務，原有銷
售系統的簽約經銷商也將轉為保養與零件銷售經銷網路。在結束汽車業務後，鈴木仍會
在美國市場持續經營摩托車、全地形車與船用設備的業務。

作为汽车是否豪华的标准之一的车载导航系统是本田发明并最早在车上使用的。
现在越来越多的车子有车载导航系统（navigation system）.大部分公司都提供这个功能
但，会不会觉得有些公司的导航不是很好用，功能不多之类的。我用过这么多品牌的，
觉得本田公司的功能最全面，界面最人性化。因为本田做导航的经验丰富。
世界上第一台用地图的车载导航系统是本田的electro gyrocator，于1981年问世。

现在时下很流行的自动刹车功能，好比说什么eyesight，其实世界上最早的自动刹车系
统是本田研发并使用在其贩售车上的。
本田CMS（现在称CMBS）碰撞缓解制动系统
该系统利用微波雷达探测前方车辆，提醒驾驶员躲避危险，还可以自动启动刹车以减
轻碰撞伤害。
该系统自动监测前方并自动刹车以防止或减轻碰撞。Honda在全球率先实际运用该系统。
70年代开始研发，90年代测试，03年投入使用。反观其他车厂，不是没有这种技术就是
最近才开始使用。比如说宝马2012年，通用2012年，斯巴鲁2008年，大众2010年

你也许无法相信，一个在1999年问世的本田小车，15年来，在油耗的表现仍然是世界第
一（EPA认证，不包含插电车）
即便是欧洲规格测试，insight甚至拿到了 69.2mpg 平均油耗的成绩。
第一代insight更有全铝车身构造
外加非常高效的气动外形
空阻系数只有0.25Cd
这是一个怎样的参数呢？

1999年本田insight就达到的，在15年后2014年才被奔驰s级打败（0.24cd)如果考虑纯

receive a 1099-R form?

2. a related question is. this rollover was about $1000. I made another $
5000 contribution to a Roth IRA in 2011. When i started to prepare my tax

Currently his agent did not admit that it is his problem.
going to the court may be the final option. He had consulted
several lawyers. Lawyers think he has a strong case, but because
the money > 5K, hiring a lawyer is pretty expensive (5k fee
upfront) and the legal battle may take very long. |

He did not make any money on all his work. And right now he has to pay for
the appraisal for you.
If you give him the credit card information, you have already authorized him to give this number to the appraisal company to charge it when they performed the appraisal. |

No. But it's also possible that your eardrum was already infected & much
more vulnerable can be easily broken. Did you have a lot of impacted ear
wax?
The physician usually gives some antibiotic to prevent infection, & if it
doesn't heal well, put a temporary paper patch on the eardrum to accelerate
healing. |

says the charge will increase from the old $29.99/m to $38.99/m, even after
some discount, for standard internet service from 07/06/2012 – 08/05/2012.
Today, my family called at least five times to Time Warner Cable, to 718-358
-0900, and 718-358-7928, for up around 140 minutes.
