1. Disqualified Disposition我自己算了一下，根据区段结束日期的股票价格算出正
确的Cost basis，两者差值（负数）作为adjustment来调整gain，这个负数的绝对值，
等于2014 supplemental information里面提供的ordinary income reported, 而且这
些负数的和的绝对值，恰好等于W2 box14 NQDIS的数，而且在一个工资单上看到总收入
增加的恰好是这个数。所以确认，disqualified disposition的所有的ordinary
income都已经计入了W2
2. 但是qualified disposition怎么样呢？我用区段两端小的那个股票价格计算出"正
确"的cost basis。问题是怎么知道这些ordinary income是否在W2里面呢？如果是就好
了，结果Gain adjustment还是负数，就是可以少交税。
3. 有一个qualified disposition 1099-B说没有通报税务局。这个什么意思？这个

去年5月总算把Perm递上去了
原准备年初拿到140后跳槽的
不慎被Audit了，更悲催的是现在律师准备材料的时候，发现以前广告期间递进来的
resume里有人其实qualify，但被HR搞成disqualify了（估计manager和HR认为反正是走
过场，无所谓，也不排除故意的可能）
现在律师要求我们出具一份disqualify 这个resume的说明，和audit材料一块交给DOL。
象我这种情况audit被拒的可能性比较大啊？
还有公司的经营状况也出现了问题，去年年底Layoff和员工走人情况频频发生，虽然本
身不会被雷，但公司不知能不能撑到明年中了。
现在太纠结了，走把，浪费了1年多的排期。第二个H1B已于去年10月生效，只剩下2年
半了，下一个公司一定要马上着手办绿卡。
不走吧，就怕Audit被拒后浪费的时间更多，到那个时候H1B只剩下1年了，问题更大。

人那是真率队，我就开个玩笑
不过，今天我经历了最tough压力最大的一场比赛，我们队能不能进national全部压在
我的
肩头上，无数人围观，我输球叹气，我赢球呐喊，那压力绝对的大
背景：本来我们对是所谓的吹枯拉朽轻易摧毁别的队伍无任何悬念本赛区冠军的。
结果，出了几个事情
1.两个队员直接被disqualify， 强迫省级，他们的赢的分数全部算输
2.有一场比赛100度的热浪，去一沙漠主场队，人主场估计习惯了，不怕，我们输了
3.有一场比赛当时场地有tournament，没空场，按理说可以重新约。但对手是赛区第二
