at the same time,I'm preparing my thesis.
I may defend my thesis in August, can my current company apply H1B for me
this April? Does the material for applying H1B require an American degree?

required in NJ. talk with your mortgage company to confirm first then you
should call your lawyer to explicitly deny the option if you really want to
save that money because chances are the attorney will just go ahead order it
for you if not already.

Does it mean it has been sold out? It has been on the market for nearly 200

emails between me and seller agent.
Now the contract is signed, she asked me to contact the title company and
loan bank and provide information to them.

My understanding is, if the house price in market increases, the owner pays
no more than 2% increase in house value for property tax.
While when the house price in market declines, like what happened after 2007
, many owners asked county assessor to "revalue" the house in order to pay
less property tax. Under this situation, does the CURRENT county assessed
value reflect market price? I notice some assessed value was actually done
on 01/01/2010.

If you look at their stock performance, it is not promising. But there is a
turnaround for this bank for last couple of years as they are doing business
very competitively to earn their share.
As are are confident with closing this loan with this bank, we put a lot of
our loans in their pipeline. Yes, there is no surprise to make our clients'
life tougher.
But mortgage market change from time to time. Today's best does not mean it
will win tomorrow.

Applied the AA 50k and got declined last friday, said "too few satisfactory
