FAA还没有载人法规。参照目前的规定，只要不进控制区域，飞行高度不高于400英尺（
130米）就可以。进控制区域也可以，需要和塔台进行通讯即可。（B类空域如旧金山国
际机场可以拒绝飞行器进入）
以FB为例。在航图上，MSJ飞FB大概12英里。不涉及任何管制空域。按照锂电池充电
1200次计算，只需要12分钟到达FB，成本只相当于29万的房贷按揭。
也就是说如果FB附近12分钟车程（需加上交通灯堵车）的房产比MSJ的贵30万，则MSJ+
Drone更有优势。
除了交通没有其它特色的房产今后几年到十年将死得很惨。 |

电池分成四组，电动机也分成四组的情况下，FAA没有限制一个引擎失效持续飞行的时
间。事实上，从100米高降落用不了几分钟。当系统检测有问题预兆就可以降落在预案
中的紧急降落场。太低空飞行其实更危险，怕撞击鸟类。和公路上撞上动物一样。
FAA已经批准亿航在内华达测试。监管也需要更多数据，如可靠性等。
还有另一种可能是在管制空域开特殊通道给载人飞行器。否则所谓的宇宙中心空域完全
被管制，没有drone的可能性，只能开车在路上爬。房价死的不能再死。 |

百亿美元的大桥外加每年的折旧维护。这些钱如果用于补贴越湾载人drone，通行量及
舒缓交通拥堵更为有效。因为即使有新大桥，也就是把堵车路段从大桥或237移到接入
大桥的local路段。飞在天上才是广阔的通道。如平行/垂直每300英尺可以设一条新的
航道。
航道不需要维修路面。湾区民众可以少交很多地税。

机/直升机不相同（比如说它使用场景包括在高楼大厦之间穿行）。它所要面对的飞行
气象条件不可能照搬。再说，一个地区的微观/宏观气象情况是客观存在的事物，跟你
是否开飞机没任何因果关系。
总的来说，你想象的这种景象在可预见的将来都是不可能出现的（几百年/几千年之后
难说，但未来十几年这种量级我是相当确信的）。冷静想想看，这又不是什么黎曼猜想
难度等级的点子，技术也不属于rocket science，飞行汽车这类东西这么多年来又不是
没有人做过。但至今都没有像样的成规模的景象出现，你就能知道这件事情在规模化民
用层面上肯定存在一些十分不现实的地方，并且问题并不一定出在技术上面。 |

1） 动力电池续航及可靠性问题是核心痛点，这个一时半会还无法解决，如果掉电当然
也是致命的，这点跟EV差别很大。
2） 自主飞行是个大坑，道理同无人驾驶汽车。 |

能不能 deliver 还是问题。
另外这个的确不是任何人拿起来就可以上手
的东西。你最好可以做自己做悬停和手动
把飞机收回来。用小的玩具4轴来练习上手。
如果你没有手动飞drone的技能，那你就要做
好你的飞机会飞丢的准备。现在的自动返航还
是容易出问题，虽然概率不大，但是一次就够
你痛的了。 |
