也就是说，虽然我努力工作，但是如果市场上没有人需要，就可能挣不到钱。
这也就是改革开放初期的造原子弹不如茶叶蛋。因为邓小平总设计师认为中国不需要搞
国防科技，所以造原子弹的科学家就面临没有市场需求的窘境。
由此就可以推论，上海司机就是面临自己的劳动成果缺乏足够的市场需求来支持，更准
确的说，缺乏在一个让工人有利可图的价格水平上的需求。
因此，工人就没钱赚了，只好上街了。
那么解决这个问题就有两种思路。第一呢，就是强行提高劳动力价格，扭曲需求。这是
市场经济下的政府干预行为，我猜测，这一次上海政府也许会采取这种做法，同时也会
强力打击带头的司机。也就是胡萝卜大棒子同时使用。如果不清楚这个事情，可以看看
茅盾的《子夜》，里面对如何对付工潮有很多描述，相信都可以在今天得到很好的应用。
第二个思路就有点不太合乎常规了。那就是干脆让这些罢工的工人都失业算了。这样通
过减少供应，也可以导致供需曲线上移，劳动力价格也就提高了。这就是市场的手段。
但是我这里要说的，是让这些工人永久性不要再当司机了。当然也不是不要管他们的生

也就是说，只要有人下订单，中国生产的东西卖的出去，那就可以创造就业机会。
现在的模式是，中国生产出去，外国人支付中国美元，中国把钱又买成美国国债，实际
上就是一分钱都没有拿回来，对不对？
换而言之，中国没必要绕这个大弯子，直接由政府下订单，然后自己生产，卖给自己不
就完了？
比如说，生产知识。
政府出资5万亿人民币，雇佣1亿农民工。
然后干什么呢？就是教农民工各种知识。
比如说，人肉搜索，发帖灌水，也就是五毛。
或者，教农民工每天分析drone图片，学好就外包给美国。美国不是缺人吗？
或者学各种语言。比如说，一万农民工学藏语啊印度语啊，万一将来要到印度打藏独，
不缺翻译了。
总之，这么几年下来，就会培养出很优秀的一亿技术工人或者程序员或者翻译，反正，
都是有有用的人才。
然后呢，就可以自然而然的搞产业升级了。

如果能够在派出所周围一公里都装上webcam，派人专门分析图像，就好像美国分析
drone一样，是不是就可以提前发出预警信号了？
实际上，重庆前年不是有个解放军卫兵被杀，枪支被抢？如果周围有很多摄像头，至少
可以看清楚凶手从哪里来怎么逃走的。不至于几年破不了案。而且如果有我说的这套系
统，可能提前就能给警卫发出警告了。
也就是说，中国也许是可以培训1000万名五毛当这种图像监测分析师的。
想一想吧，那么多农民工或者下岗的，完全可以招聘1000万人嘛，从事这种无烟无污染
的高科技事业，这也算是新形势下的人民战争。 |
