it sounds the OB doc did officer ultrasound, but also recommended a formal
ultrasound from hospital to make sure (from your post). then somehow you
ended up in the ER and was discharged from ER with assurance. I am not sure
whether you did have a formal ultrasound from radiology department (not the

的宝宝在扎根。没spotting是很好的。 一般的ectopic，在5W左右就会开始SPOTTING了
，以前我都不懂，SPOTTING去看医生医生总说正常。去年经历了以后好好研究了一把，
说早期SPOTTING也是ectopic的症状之一。

effective. By the way, usually the pregnancy test is urine tested for hCG,
blood hCG is only for quantification to rule out ectopic pregnancy (together

research online and convinced myself that I am having an ectopic pregnancy
because I have pain on my left pelvis (only on the left). I finally went in
for my vaginal ultrasound and was glad to know that the baby is in my uterus

And usually you can get an extra one in 30+weeks to ensure bb's fine.
And if you request, at 8 week, dr. can use ultrasound too to make sure it's

If you can see a result line light or dark, you are pregnant. If the result
line does not get darker over a couple of days, it's probably not a bad idea
to check with a dr to rule out the possibilities of miscarriage or ectopic

, my OB scheduled an ultrasound for me at week 6 and we see baby's heartbeat
. Both the OB and the doctor performed the ultrasound told me they don't
know why I was bleeding, but my ob told me many people experience this
during early pregnancy.One thing the ultrasound and the transvaginal
ultrasound can eliminate the possibility of ectopic pregnancy.

腹超阴超均看不到孕囊 子宫增大 子宫内有回声区
出血没有停止 没有化验孕酮 没有用任何保胎药（急诊室医生说只化验beta-hcg就可以）
医生说不排除ectopic pregnancy 可b超显示tube无异常 b超医师认为宫外孕可能性极低
医生又说 hcg下降了 说明发育异常 要求我立刻去医院手术打胎
几天来 一次次的让我去急诊室 化验 阴道检查 b超检查 没有任何实质帮助 只是让我
更绝望 更无助
由于出血只是微量 也没有明显疼痛 我请求再观察几天 真的很想发生奇迹 医生说那我
危险自负

how experienced is her doctor?
do not rush to any conclusion.
don't worry for nothing.
more importantly, don't let her get stressed up.
Even if that indeed turned out to be the case.
it is usually safe in a controled environment.
danger occurs when EP was NOT diagnosed and in late terms, hemorrhaging
happened haphazardly.
and I have experienced that happening too! aweful. REAL aweful.

后来她去咨询一个心脏专家，觉得是Supra ventricular tachycardia.
还有一种可能是 Ectopic Atrial Tachycardia (EAT)。
在ER呆了7个小时以后，无数次的抽血，打了三袋生理盐水，吃了好几颗加大剂量的药
以后，放我回家了。

into your vector, so it is easy to check the infection efficiency. It is not
surprised some cells survived after drug selection, there is why you need to
confirm the ectopic expression of your targer gene in stable cell line by WB

好象胰腺里面搞的比较火热，DOUGLAS MELTON 08年的NATURE 就是类似的
还有 从ES细胞到终末分化的细胞，并不单单是转录因子的作用，
有时候细胞间的相互影响作用也很大

Lineage reprogramming is definitely very promising. As mentioned in another
post, it has been showed that fibroblast can be transformed to neuron
with only 3 TFs.
At the same time, direct programming from ES/iPS cells to somatic cells are
few. And I was not be able to find any publications. So was wondering if
someone can help me with some papers about direct programming from ES/iPS
cells to somatic cells with TFs, not stepwise extracellular signals.

Theoretically, directional differentiation is easier than reprogramming,
because the latter is not a natuarl process. There is no any reason that
transcription factors should not force cells to differentiate into specific
lineage, given the facts of iPS.
I don't think any lab has achieve this, though.

Catalog Number F7425), follow the upstate ChIP kit protocol. Want to konw
how much ab should be included in each reaction. Anybody gives some tips? A
published paper with detailed information in ChIP methods using this ab will
greatly help.
