最近满天的离婚贴，吐糟贴，LZ决定忙里偷闲，给大家来点正能量，说说我们小老百姓
的小日子。好吧，我承认我有BSO，不喜欢的请您绕道！
和俺家猪头在一起，每天都想要啊，除了大姨妈光临的那几天，几乎每天都有xxoo，有
时候不止一次，保守估计，最近这四个月，至少做一百五十次啊, 每次基本是30-60分
钟,不算前戏时间哦（亮了吧，哈哈）。几乎每次都很舒服，欲醉欲仙啊 （爱玛，赤裸
裸的BSO）。。。
别问LZ年纪，别问有无娃，别问是否有工作压力，LZ只能告诉大家是在狼虎之年（30+
），绝对是符合标准华人大妈的category。
我这样一直平平庸庸，普普通通的人，何德何能可以拥有这样高质量的性/幸福生活。
简单总结了一下，要想性/幸福生活，有几点和大家分享...
1. 最重要的是注重对方的感受,在这个过程中，除了自己享受，更重要的是给予。给对
方想要的方式，同时告诉对方你想要的方式，慢慢磨合，才能越战越勇，越战越有趣。
时间就是最好的润滑剂，慢慢让双方进入状态。偶尔一起看看爱情动作片，尝试一下新

How can you not to finish the basil? Just add more :)
It always smell and taste good - you can add in soup,
eggplant, stir-fry, almost anything...
If you really don't use a lot, buy a live plant from store,
and each time when you need, take couple leaves off,
the freshest and it won't go bad, since it;s growing... |

原料：1 small eggplant, 1 zucchini, 1 tomato, 1 red bell pepper, 1 yellow
bell pepper, 1 box of mushrooms,
配料: 蒜瓣4个，30ml tomato paste, parmesan cheese, 盐，胡椒粉。
步骤：
1。把所有蔬菜切成小块。蒜瓣切成片放一边备用。30毫升西红柿酱(paste）与45毫升
水混合拌匀。
2。起油锅，先下蒜瓣炒出香味，然后放茄子块拌炒3分钟或炒到茄子7成熟。
3。锅里加入红黄甜椒块和zucchini块拌炒。
4。倒入西红柿酱和水的混合物，大火至沸，换小火炖煮10分钟。
5。加入西红柿和蘑菇块，保持小火炖，并按各人口味加入盐和胡椒粉拌炒12-15分钟。
（我是等到所有的蔬菜的熟了，并且汁水变浓的时候关火的）
6。撒上parmesan cheese.开吃！
味道真的不错！最好的一点是可以吃很多平时不喜欢吃的蔬菜（如甜椒，zucchini，我

到茄子软了（应该基本熟了吧，只是还没有到可以出锅的那种熟的程度）
然后按正常炒就行了
这种方法省略了红烧茄子时过油炸的那步
而且在炒的时候也只吃一点油

1. 油炸茄子，盛出
2. 锅内放蒜，炒香，然后放西红柿，再放酱油+糖，烧到西红柿变软
3. 把茄子倒入2，加少量水，闷烧2-3分
麻婆豆腐
1. 豆瓣酱+生姜炒香，再放辣椒粉，再加一些水
2. 放入豆腐，然后放糖，酱油，蒜，葱，闷烧5分钟
