说了。她小时候上学的时候参加了很多集体运动，比如说运动会翻牌子摆出各种各样图
案的，在朝鲜看见这些让她回忆起了童年。还见到了很多种十几年么有见过的邮票套票
，买了几套。Bio里可能没写清楚，但要表达的意思其实正好相反。
她十几年在美国，没有改个美国名字，也没有拿美国护照。做的大多数东西都是和中国
相关的无论学术还是之后的工作，比如说研究中国教育如何帮助小孩提高自制能力（美
国教育赞赏很多但是美国人并不了解它的短处）；研究了中国以前人种麦子和水稻对思
维的影响 - 不仅对中国南北人思维有影响，对整个亚洲甚至世界都有影响和解释意义。
无论大事小事大家其实都想做一些和中国有关的事情。身为中国人还是挺骄傲的，无论
是山西人，还是哪里。

门一点的，价值明显被低估的中概股，看看能不能挖掘出几个2X,5X，10X.呵呵。
我说几条：
1. 价格在$1到$15左右，太贵了就不好翻倍了。
2. 最好是做实业的，务虚的公司太难评估
3. 这次金融危机中被搞得很惨尚未恢复的
4. 目前是盈利的，且PE是很低的
5. 公司所在板块应该跟中国发展正相关，有炒作前景的
炒这一类股票除了要做基本的FA分析，还有就是要耐心等机会，一定要等到很低位的抛

看这条，清楚写的是"any employment"，而不是跟美国相关的工作。虽然确实有律师认为
可以为foreign employer工作，但是从目前的情况来看，大部分律师是认为只要你踏上美
国国土就不能从事“任何”工作。
你可以有passive income，这个是有明确例子的，当年那个德国还是英国的作家，写书得
到得稿费，由于是passive income，而且按时报税，最后是拿到绿卡得。
总之，这个事情不能简单说可以，美国查不到，就鼓励lz去做。出了问题你能负责？而是
应该说清楚风险，让lz自己选择。

从PRC国庆到US鬼节
1989年10月1日前夕，上海市府举办招待酒会，庆祝PRC 建国40周年。来宾中有美
国驻上海总领事。原上海复旦大学校长谢希德，在招待酒会上主动问美国总领事“我们
要作甚麽事，才能解决方励之问题？”。大使立即将谢的举动转告我们。
我们判断:“这是邓小平发出的信号，中共想要解决问题了。” 大使也持同样看法。
谢希德的学术身份，是一位物理学教授，专长于点群空间群在固体物理中的应用。
谢的政治身份，是中共中央委员。谢是从美国回归者。八十年代，她每年至少到美国一
次，代表中国物理学会参加美国物理学会年会。谢认识李和我。早在1950年代后期，谢
一度从上海来北大物理系工作，协助黄昆建立半导体研究班子，直到这时，谢才入党。

汇总在一起，经过领导们的讨论，会给你一个year-end review.
一般如果你大部分engagement review都是3，year-end就是3，year end是engagement
的一个总结。
像你这种情况应该是engagement review吧。如果你这个从这个senior这拿个2，可以从
这个组的别人那要个review么？因为我知道我有同事在一个人这拿个2，但是从team的
其他人那拿个5，最后对她的总体review和工作没有任何影响。
如果是year-end 我觉得就很危险了。那证明你一年在很多项目上都做得不够好。 |

1）Localytics最新数据显示，20%的Android和iOS应用中就有一者仅被开启过一次，比
2013年的数据下降了2%，比2010年的情况低6个百分点。
数据指出游戏和体育类应用的这种被抛弃率分别达到22%和23%，Localytics指出这两个
领域竞争激烈，以及首次印象的重要性是造成这种现象的主要原因。
