，上半年截止到４月３０日，职业移民总计审批发放52，475个绿卡名额。 同时公关组
志愿者和奥本海默的沟通中，截止昨天获知 , 职业已经审批了１２１，０００个绿卡
名额。
NIU数据和分析志愿者将会对从FOIA获得的２０１１年上半年每月批准数据做进一步分
析，期待他们的后续讨论和分析。
此次数据的进展的关键是认识了USCIS处理FOIA的关键人士，建立起沟通渠道，通过
FOIA被证明是一条可行的办法获取数据。 现在的问题是，很快志愿者要离开组织，此
次FOIA是４月份ERIC JI提出的（QUK，JWE律师信并行的项目），有三个月的时滞。迫
切需要新人加入NIU，利用NIU的平台和已有的沟通渠道，继续为自己为大家服务。

但是我也有一个亲身经历告诉你。坐邮轮入境，FOIA的回复里面还是没有包括。FOIA的
回复整整提交申请的一个月之后，不知道是不是普遍都这么块。【当然了， 我当时是
为了别的原因去FOIA，并不是为了回复USCIS】
USCIS既然说了，你自己写个statement就可以。我觉得，USCIS也知道存在有很多入境
但是没有stamp的情况，尤其是住在美加边境，周末经常往返的。你认真说明一下就应
该可以了。 |

在我个人项目一里面就有。
他说老中数据不对，十月份是批１２２７，而不是９８０（FOIA的数据）， 因为计算
了CP。 老印FOIA的数据１０月是批1,747， 考虑到老印CP绝对是比老中多得多的因素， 说２
０１1年光头一个月，奥本分给老印的名额就是老中的两倍。 |

1. FOIA申请了后不一定保证能收到 即使可以成功收到 可能也要耗时若干个月 所
以不适合紧急需要的情况 最好提前准备 预留几个月的时间
2. 好像申请了FOIA 公司会被询问 也就是公司里会知道你提出过这个request
3. 最好能找一些别的理由 比如需要买房贷款，租房签lease，回国办签证 等等之类的
需要这个copy作为supporting documents 从lawyer或者公司hr那里拿到
另外顺便确认一个问题：
relink PD时是否一定需要旧140的approval notice copy？我见不少经验贴提醒一定要想
办法从公司那里拿到这个 而多数公司的默认policy是不会给你的 然后就要想各种办法
去拿到 我的理解是USCIS需要一个reference（比如case number）来找到你之前的申请
记录 难道通过其他途径（比如姓名,ssn之类）就查找不到 必须需要这个copy么？ |

姓名，护照号，日期，口岸，通关方向inbound
这些信息你早就知道，移民局也知道。移民局可以看见cbp的内部记录，这是infopass
官员现场给我演示的。但是，这个记录不在uscis的jurisdiction，他们不会主动去调
，也不能调。
你要的不是这个PDF。你要的是cbp批准你foia的通知，这个通知证明确实有这么一条纪
录。这才是你正式提交，uscis正式签收的关键文件。有了这个东西uscis才好名正言顺
地继续往下走流程
你得明确cbp告诉他们你是谁，护照号多少，哪一天从哪个口岸入境，然后填foia表要
求release all requested info in its entirety. 不要给这帮官老爷偷懒犯错的机会。
我跟lz说的这么详细，中心思想就一条，美国官老爷和中国官老爷一模一样，你要办事
就得找准路子，不能偷懒。美国这边规则这么明白，完全就是easy难度。 |

they comply it’s usually Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, or now on

Hillary Clinton just can't seem to get away from her email woes. After
months of being dogged by the controversy surrounding her use of a private
email server while she was secretary of state, the State Department’s
inspector general has concluded that Clinton did not comply with the agency

between four of Hillary Clinton's top aides and officials at the Clinton
Foundation and a closely associated public relations firm.
The motion, filed in federal court by the Justice Department late Wednesday,
