official name Federal Home Loan and Mortgage Corporation on H1B database.
The work hour is nice, not very crazy like NYC. The place is also not bad
comparing to NYC. It is in the suburb of DC, so commute is not that crazy.
But the house price and apartment rent are not low in the area either, more
expensive than places such as Chicago, better than Bay area or NYC. |

我的父母买了一间房地美（Freddie Mac)的房子，买的时候是打算自住的，但是我妈妈
工作的地方可能要裁员了（快下岗），家里经济可能会变得不好，因为余钱都买了这间
房子了，于是想把这套房子出租了有点收入，但是买房子之前签了合同，房子在一年之
内是不能出租或者卖出去的，不然被发现会罚款一万。
我们都没有经验，不知道该怎么办。
大家可以给我们一些意见吗？最好是房产经纪和有经验的人。

爬山归来
上次没带gps,因为走了一个trail的一半折回,总距离和全loop一样,自以为是
估算elevation gain和trail标识相同,结果后来发现不同,我们走的虽然路程
一半,但是elevation gain几乎只有一半
今天可是真正带了gps,计算出的数据和trail标识一致
距离: 34.28mile total ascent: 3524ft
moving time 2hour56min, stopped, 29min 11sec moving avg 11.6mph,
overall avg: 9.9mph
比上次是累多了.本来下载的那个trail还有好多local的路,感觉实在没意思,就折
近路回到起点了
看来这种坡度的century还是得多训练的
路上被一伙poser超过,不过我们也超过几个poser,呵呵 |
