去年因为早上四点才出发，天黑才下山。所以决定这次早点走，一点钟就来到
trailhead。虽然来得早，一路上已经能看见hiker的头灯在远处闪烁。这次速度比上次
要快，四点就到达Trail Camp。出发前天气预报山上会下雨，到这时就正好遇上。虽然
带了外套，却也抵挡不住，再加上风大实在太冷，就只好决定打道回府。当时看见路边
有帐篷，真是羡慕！
没想到往回走了几分钟，雨就小了很多，于是掉头继续爬。我这时才领会到出发早的好
处是可以在99 switchback上看日出。
这次原先预计九月初天气应比去年十月底要好很多，但是恰恰相反。要不是老天及时开
恩，停了风雨，这次就得空手而归了。
第三张仅离山顶一英里，但看起来真远。这一段就走了一个钟头。

the place is actually an garbage processing site, there are lots of bottles
left after they clean the garbage. As time goes by, the air and water makes
these pieces of glass looks like " stone". the site is a mess and you will
not see any big "stone" since they have been taken by other peoples (by law,
it's illegal). We are extremely disappointed. |

很多次了，我的邻居都很愤怒。二十分钟之后，有人打回来，说是在正式investigate。
1. 电话 8003346367，接听很快，只需要地点和姓名电话住址 － 花五分钟就搞定的一
个电话。 客服说最近电话太多了，他们不得不开始调查，所以积少成多，看来是有用

2. san jose地区的residence尤其要努力。以前san jose city觉得影响Milpitas没关

3. 回执电话里，他们反复让我描述闻到的臭味，问我怎么确定是landfill来的。我回

右。硬伤可以再影响10万。这在湾区这种房价高，硬性指标重要的地方还可以看看，
在房价本来就只有3，40万的地方真不知道能看什么。
另外zillow还有些奇怪的标准使得同样location数字上完全一样的房子估价不一样，但
这些标准又不是跟condition直接关联，它也没有任何办法可以搞到房子up to date的
condition, 所以就把估价做乱掉了。garbage in, garbage out. 比如有人怀疑房子点
击量是一个标准。
它还不如就不做任何调整，就跟appraisal一样根据hard number(房子大小，lot大小)
算一个数出来。这样至少大家大致可以看看appraisal能估多少钱。
另外就是zillow肯定是滞后的，这个没有办法解决。 |
