Come on TOI, We messed it up ourselves by not reading the fine print about
the quarantine tests we needed to conduct. Further more with the exception
of three horses, the rest tested positive for Venezuelan Equine Encephalitis
. It was only in the 2nd test it was found to be negative. This is just like

海里石東島作業時，遭中國船隻開槍威脅，引起越南漁民和輿論強烈反彈。越中之間對
於南海（越稱東海）問題的爭議不但無法停止，而且有愈演愈烈的趨勢。
報導指出，越南富安省4艘漁船在離長沙群島15海里的石東島作業時，突然遭到
中國船隻開槍威脅。
報導說，5月27日下午，在越南海域出現3艘中國船隻。當越南漁船靠近，雙方距
離約40公尺時，中國船隻突然開槍，所幸未擊中，無人受傷。
漁民表示，這是一種威脅舉動，強烈反對中國利用武力干擾他們在越南經濟海域
上的合法作業。漁民家人獲悉後非常著急，希望政府採取措施保護漁民的生命、財產和
國家領海主權。
富安省邊防部隊及富安省人民委員會進行調查並確認事情的真實性後，立即通知
越南外交部，建議採取適當辦法處理。富安省邊防部隊目前與漁民保持聯繫，同時支援
漁民繼續在越南傳統漁場作業。

南漁民；另外37名漁民則在辦理相關手續後，預計可在31日獲得釋放。
平順（Binh Thuan）省的7艘漁船和122名漁民，於5月30日遭菲律賓海軍拘留。
越南龍海龍（Long Hai Long）私人企業與菲律賓Premiere International
Interfishing公司簽署合約，這些漁民根據合約前往菲律賓海域作業，由於菲律賓公司
尚未辦好相關手續，這些漁民和漁船在距巴拉旺省海岸2海里，被菲國海軍逮捕拘留至
今。
越南「青年報」網站報導，巴拉旺法院昨天快速處理122名漁民和7艘漁船遭菲國海軍拘
留案件，並立即釋放85名漁民；另外37名漁民在法院處理一些有關違反菲律賓動物保護
法律的手續後，預計31日將獲釋。
巴拉旺法院目前已將7艘越南漁船交付省政府管理。越南駐菲大使館以及漁船船長正持
