听人家说有种Heart Rate Monitor，是把一个sensor筐在身体上，筐在心脏那个地方，手上再带个手表样子的接收器显示用的。说是这样的比只有个手表的要准确。因为那个sensor是自己帖再身上的，有个带子穿再衣服里面。。。而且说这个sensor的信号是可以发送到跑步机上的，就不用用手抓着，测心跳了。
那位大侠给介绍下。
这种会不会很贵啊？
真的有必要买这样的么？还有什么好的推荐？

测得比较准，但肯定不怎么舒服。我有个omron的，戴了几次很束胸，体会到几次感觉
后，就靠“follow-heart”来调整跑步强度了。 |

But it also has carb (I need it for my workout). I only drink water during
workout. I used to drink Gatorade after workout but now my heart is much
stronger than a year ago I only drink it if I feel exhausted. I do drink
protein after workout now. |

最近准备开始有氧（跑步），所以需要监测心率。
前两天买了个便宜的moron（HR100C），结果不好用，需要退掉。
有没有大家用着比较好用的，麻烦给推荐一个，最好100刀以下（没钱啊......）
PS:需要那种可以绑在胸部的。之前还买过一个手表式的（然后需要把手指按上去测心
率，结果最后就只能当手表用了）。
