1983 Sea of Japan, 1993 Okushiri，Hokkaido, 2007 Niigata。数据说1993年最厉
害，7.8级地震，中心浪高30米，但是到了日本才80cm，死了几百人。
说这次海啸是千年一遇不为过，从有日本历史记载（最早684AD白鳳大地震)，这次是到
达日本浪高最高的，20-30feet，也就是7-10米。
日本的防波堤大约上边三公尺宽，下面5米，高5米，钢筋混凝土。这次海啸都被冲毁。
海啸造成夏威夷和加州几百万美元的损失，可见威力巨大。
抗震和抗海啸是两回事。如果这次震中在陆地，损失最多10%。video上看到，海啸来的
时候，没有一所房子倒塌的。
这个就是成本帐，造多少米高都不知道大自然下一次有多厉害。所以我觉得海啸还是以
逃为主，堵为次。

最近这段时间日本人一直在谋划购买钓鱼岛的闹剧，很多国人想不明白，日本人准备从
谁的手里购买？今天（11日）事件又有新变化，中国3艘渔政船抵达钓鱼岛海域进行巡
航，但遭到日方的阻挠。这是野田政府提出将钓鱼岛“收归国有”后首次有中国船只驶
入钓鱼岛海域。
中日之间关于钓鱼岛的冲突由来已久，近期比较大的冲突是两年前中国船长被非法扣留
事件。那次船长被日本人扣留之后，除了外交部一贯的严正交涉和强烈抗议之外，还下
了三大猛药：第一，暂停对日的稀土出口；第二，四个日本人没事跑到中国军事禁区瞎
转悠，那就对不起了，全给抓起来，你扣押我一个船长，我也可以抓你四个特务；第三
，温总在联合国向全世界讲话，要求日本必须立马放人。最终，日本无奈放人了事。
日本放人还有一个更重要的原因被我们忽略了，美国国务卿希拉里向日本人承诺：美国
承担的保护日本的条约义务包括中国船长被掳的岛屿（钓鱼岛）。换言之，美国人向日

是半个世纪前的语言而且错误不少，所以，重新翻译了一下，供大家研究。
其实，感到《波茨坦公告》写得很牛逼，估计是美国已经造好了原子弹，底气十足。
但相比之下，《开罗宣言》由于产生于1943年12月1日，相对比较笼统，遣辞也保守了
很多。
当然，至于日本的领土，国家，军队，产业等界定，有些说得蛮具体，可以搞一搞。
