这些个数据说明，拥枪跟homicide rate没有必然联系。美国跟欧洲和哥伦比亚都不同
，比较起来没有意义。
台湾3.2，大陆1.0，都是中国人，也都禁枪。经济好就杀人多？比较这些个数据跟军版
数炮一样，没有意思了……
你这个也站不住脚。哥伦比亚河美国经济实力政治问题状况能比么？以色列那些打仗的
国家小孩手里都有枪，你觉得是不是比美国更安全？
和欧洲发达国家比，美国的 homicide ratio （4.2） 是绝大多数国家的 4 倍（西欧
是 1.0）, 中国是 1.0，日本是 0.3。这些国家绝大部分都是严格禁枪的（瑞典除外）
。你可以很自豪的说美国的盗窃率，总体犯罪率（太广了反而没啥意义）什么比人家低
个几倍，同时也别忘了提美国的死亡率高个几倍。
这个事实需要说明什么问题？你希望选哪种？
当然我不是禁枪派（除非把美国下场洪水全洗干净了要不然没办法）。。。怎么提高拥
枪成本可能相对更现实一些吧。。。。 |

You are implying they are equal.
The probability of bad GMF causing bad consequences is no where near the
probability of bad drug causing bad consequences. They all come under the
jurisdiction of the same department doesn't mean they are at all treated the
same way. Just like police department, who is in charge of both traffic
violation and homicide investigation. But you can in no way, shape, or form
, imply traffic violation is somehow related to homicide. |

不但没有将被害人送医，反而拿出尖刀将伤者刺杀，西安市法院4月22号判处药家鑫死

First you have to admit not all cases can be solved. I have no comments on
南京大学 homicide yet since not enough info.
Maybe it is one of a random serial killings? Usually it is most difficult
case if it is random serial killing, without plan in advance, see some prey
on spot, and suddenly the killer has an impulse to kill the victim.
I would suggest the police to seek merging some similar dismember-body cases
in Nanjing those years to try to find more clue |

加拿大皇家骑警(RCMP)中士Terry McLachlan称，这名男子名叫Colin Maddocks，今年57岁，他通常用酒、毒品和香烟等作为诱饵来骗取女孩与他性交。这些女孩的年龄一般在13岁至16岁间。

根据加拿大统计局昨日公布的统计报告《主要的死亡原因》（Leading causes of death）十大导致加拿大人死亡的疾病或原因分别为癌症、心脏病、中风、慢性下呼吸道疾病、意外事故、糖尿病、阿尔茨海默氏病（Alzheimer's disease）、流感和肺炎、肾脏疾病以及自杀。
其中，癌症造成的死亡占30%，心脏病占22%，因这两大疾病在2007年导致的死亡个案，占据了该年加国死亡总数235,217中的逾51%，堪称最大杀手。排在第三位的中风，占6%。
十大致死原因数年不变
加拿大统计局的报告显示，上述十大疾病或因素，自2000年至2007年数年内，都同样位列加国死亡主要原因的前十位，略微有变化的只是个别疾病或因素的排序有不同。譬如，在2000年，自杀和肾脏疾病分列第九和第十，而在2007年，两者对调了位置。

警方消息人士透露，去年6月在上西城一家酒店暴毙的一名41岁新泽西州男子，其死因原先被认为是嗑药后进行过火的虐恋式性爱造成，但如今已被重新定罪为他杀(homicide)。
“纽约邮报”报导，消息人士说，这是一件凶杀案，不是性游戏导致的意外事故。

梁彼得(28岁)被判过失杀人罪名 (manslaughter，或译误杀)，原本最高面临15年徒刑，但是，法官在19日宣布判刑之前，将他的过失歠罪名降为“刑事疏忽他杀((criminally negligent homicide)”。
司法界人士认为，法官对梁案的量刑裁决，不应是替死者格利“报仇”，而是为人民执行司法正义。死者格利(Akai Gurley，28岁)遗有一个3岁女儿艾凯拉 (Akaila)及同居女友巴林格 (Kimberly Ballinger)。

据警方公布的报警电话记录中显示，惊慌失措的哈梅尔对调度员说：“这不可能是真的。”当警方赶到现场后，哈梅尔对他们说：“她死了，她死了。”
雷克郡(Lake County)法医处表示，奥莉维亚被送往圣玛丽医院后，于5时25分宣告不治。
