比赛可以与跑友们分享，因而不会象过去6个月那样经常来跑版交流。但是，只要有与

《一份特殊的生日礼物》
2014波士顿马拉松举行的日子与我的生日相隔不到3周。生日那天，我收到先生送的一
份特殊礼物：他在相关官方网站购买的一整套我在跑波士顿马拉松过程中被拍摄到的照
片以及与比赛相关的精彩片刻照片的订单。我不明白他为什么还要花100多元（包括税
和邮寄费）购买我参赛照片的光盘。先生说因为那些照片中有几张他很喜欢，同时也是
为了支持波士顿马拉松。根据介绍，那些照片会被制成配乐幻灯片光盘，我们可以任意
下载、复印、和分享这些照片。因为是因人而异的制作，大约2-3周左右才能收到邮寄
的光盘。
这个星期一吃完晚饭，我收拾厨房，先生去取信。不一会儿，就听到他的声音“小胖，
你的生日礼物寄到了”。真是那壶不开偏要提那壶！像往年回国探亲一样，今年我也被

起点Hopkinton
起点：4月18日星期一，三万多人聚集在Hopkinton 镇 波士顿马拉松的起点。几个小时
以后，滚滚人流将分成数波沿着42公里195米的公路跑进，走进（可能还有爬进，抬进
）波士顿市中心。当日春光明媚，风和日丽，如果是做观众那真是爽极了。
终于轮到自己的wave corral出发了。人群在激动叫喊中慢慢地移动起来，比起波马的
威名来，起跑线上的拱门真谈不上显赫，离它还有十米的时候，我才意识到这就要开始
了，赶紧打开runkeeper, 几乎在踩到起跑计时线的那一刻按下garmin 310的开始键。
波马毕竟是大马拉松，开始跑，根本就迈不动腿，虽然谈不上人山人海，磨肩接踵是绝
对的。
200米过去，虽然跑得不快（大概8分的pace）,但无风，强烈的光照，加上人们呼出的
燥热空气，阳光灿烂，热气滚滚，让人有一种初进桑拿房的感觉。自己的脚尖基本是踩
着前面runners的脚后跟前进。第一英里的大下坡让大家加了点速，但也不快，配速低
于7:40min/mile。好玩的是，刚跑出半英里，已经有runners憋不住，跑进旁边的小树
