你说的那个法子,是避收入税的法门,避不了财产税
你从你表哥那里花10万买了个专利,那么你的财富就包括这个值10万的专利, 按照10
万收税没商量
所以说财产税才是天生免疫一切牛鬼蛇神逃税手段的
按照财产纳税的一个缺点是,在商业领域,尤其是频繁交易的商业领域效率低下
这也是增值税出现的原因之一
就好象备份数据, 按财产纳税对应全盘备份, 增值税对应incremental backup
但是针对个人而言, 这个不是问题,所以个人税收按照财产税为原则最佳

美国移民局发言人(Chief of Media Relations,直译为媒体关系负责人)Jonathan
Withington最近专门向媒体澄清:第一,美国移民局目前没有考虑改变关于H-1B延期的
政策,没有考虑改变对于AC21法律的104(c)条款的解释 ---- 该法律条款允许一些人持
有H-1B工作签证身份超过六年。第二,即便有上述的政策改变(这里用的是虚拟语气,
代表没有真正发生的事物,就像“如果我是你”),雇主仍然可以用AC21法律的106(a)

希望明年我也能有好运气.今年的主要问题是topic选的不够好,或者是其中的新意阐述
的不够好,所以panel 给出了incremental 的评语.明年打算换题目了,这个题目改一改
投别的program.好在现在对自己的writing 比较有信心了.几个proposal都有well
written的评语.

准备了将近3个月,结合了俺有始以来最好的idea的东西,得到的是有史以来最差的评
价。
前两次写的东西俺觉得一般,reviewer都觉得overly aggressive。这次俺担心大家觉
得俺的目标太大,大家一致认为内容clearly incremental。俺私下里觉得对IT有革命
性影响的东西,reviewer认为not useful。有直接说broader impact is unclear的。
还有一个reviewer一个字的评论都没有直接给个低分。
可怜俺对proposal的每一部分都精雕细琢。虽然水平有限,有些地方写得还是不那么好
,但是这种评分,能让俺说些啥呢。。。
