基本你搞定一些医生,就有固定的客户.药都是这些HOME HEALTH COMPANY来安排.
那么我们可以自己搞HOME INFUSION公司,自己供药.这个来说,大药店并没有优势.病人
选谁在一开始都是医生说了算的.
比如华人病人基本都是华人医生.我知道很多医生现在都插手HOMECARE.
比如在CHICAGO,我做的那家以亚洲人为主要客户的HOME HEALTH公司,就和一些医生有利
益关系.我们在CHINATOWN租的办公室,就是梁叠权医生的诊所里的空屋.
有一个朋友,她原来在NAPERVILLE给一家公司做,后来自己搞定几个医生后,就抢了客户
自己做.

下来读了很多，识字也比同班孩子多很多。用苹果的不一定听过，因为我的iphone 3和
4就看不了，这一个缺陷让它们变得鸡肋。相反，后来我入手的hd2, infuse,
touchpad 都完美播放。
本来我的iphones 都破解过在微风下了很多apps,功能强大，但我的安猪们竟能下更多
apps，毫不逊色。尤其是infuse, 装上miui之后极为流畅，用户体验把我的iphone4甩
几个大街。
我的iphone4装过破解tomtom离线gps, 勉强能用，相比之下，hd2和infuse上的igo,
navigon都要强太多。即使我的祖母级别wm5手机上garmin也比iphone4强。
电池倒是iphone4可和infuse一比的。iphone4时间短点但有限。
我不是大妈，也不是技工码工geek,我只想手机更好为lp小孩服务。 |

没用过GA，感觉其实原理都类似。用Clontech 的Infusion，因为实验室刚好有这个kit
，然后Infusion的宣传页刚好有一个section，比较和GA的效率高低。那个brochure上
的数据显示Infusion比GA阳性率高得多...
引物设计是用Infusion的web-tool的。每条片段有20bp的overlap。PCR setup中的
Insert和plasmid ratio 也是根据web-tool建议的（2:1）。web-tool最后也给一个载
体图(.gb格式，和snap gene类似吧）。理论上说是不会设计错误的。 |

公司今年帮忙申请了职位是ELECTRICAL ENGINEER的H1B，有幸被抽中，但是十月份开始
要求RFE，提供材料；大意是职位描述不是entry-level，然后我的职位electrical
engineer是偏entry-level，需要提供证明材料。
但是今天递交RFE support letter的时候居然发生了一件狗血的事情，我发现原来律师
帮忙递交的职位居然是MECHANICAL ENGINEER, 但职位描述是EE的活儿。显然是TYPO，
追问下是公司HR年初提供给律师信息的时候就搞错了（提交申请的时候并没有和我确认
，估计一般公司在递交申请的时候一般也不会问员工）。
律师的意见是让我提供上学期间和MECHANICAL ENGINEERING相关课程的材料，这个我勉
强能提供一些，毕竟PHD做东西涉及面多。但我不知道能不能糊弄过去，而且关键的问
题是我以后如果换工作，H1B TRANSFER是不是肯定会被拒（因为以后职位肯定是

投入的心理，前前后后也用过了不少产品，也积累了一点小小经验，和众美眉分享哦。
：）第一篇先写写我最最最中意的十大产品吧，排名不分前后。
在列出东东之前，先说说我的皮肤状况和一些比较注重的地方。我24岁，皮肤属于偏干
型，但是T字区域和发际线周围经常长痘。在亚洲人里算白的，可是有挺多小雀斑和小
痣在脸上。近两年开始有了黑眼圈和眼袋，睡好了不是很明显。最大的难题是嘴唇非常
干，就连夏天都会掉皮开裂，可能与喝水不够有关。我已经和这个难题斗争了将近十年
了，尤其是近两年有时会涂唇彩，这个问题就更明显了。另外，因为还年轻，我尽量看
到针对成熟女性的品牌和去皱产品就绕道走，我也不尝试有美白功能的东东，有点害怕
里面会含致癌的成分。
闲话少说，下面就开始列数家珍了。：）
