25分钟到时代广场和jersey city的1 br公寓出租，$1050/month
地点在West New York, 非常方便。离江边（boulevard east）2个block。离light
rail也是2个block。1 br apt在一个公寓楼的3层。标准的出租型公寓楼。
有4辆bus进城（128，165，166，168），因此基本上等车时间不到3分钟。bus 20分钟
不到就到达port authority。所以一般从出门开始到到达时代广场就是25-30分钟的样
子。轻轨到Jersey city也很方便
最少一年，一个月押金，需要查信用记录，没有中介费（房东是管理公司）
包热水和暖气（自付电费和gas）。
所以如果需要的话，可以提供家具。

Hampton Building内的一个studio。具体地址是30 River Ct, Jersey City, NJ 07310。
公寓面积500 sq ft, 非常适合单身或无小孩的夫妇居住，有现代化的厨房和卫生间，
还有衣柜和储藏室。所在楼层有洗衣机和烘干机。大楼楼下有24小时门卫负责收发包裹。
公寓就位就在哈德逊河边，走出公寓即隔江眺望曼哈顿，风景绝美。公寓离PATH地铁站
步行3分钟，乘地铁20分钟到曼哈顿。十分适合在曼哈顿，Jersey City, Hoboken的学
生和上班族。小区安全整洁，设施齐全，步行距离内有Newport Centre Mall（内有电

害。
前几天有人问过，为啥轰动性丑闻都是new jersey的？ 什么吻瘫机场的，什么杀人放
火的。都是和性有关，virginia也类似，但那个地方job机会少，所以华人少，出的桃
色绯闻比new jersey可差太远了。
王晓业其实不是new jersey的人，他的朋友大部分在费城，熟悉他的都应该去
phildelphia版。但那个版的人不晓得为什么那么安静。 |

些，但东西不如woodbury好，打折力度不如w大，但NJ省税。Jackson虽然也在premium
outlet里，但档次就更差了。wsn到我这份上是不是也有点极品了。 |
