我自己曾经3次面签F1（前两次上海，最后一次成都），辅导父母和岳父母3次面签B2（
广州两次，成都一次），并且辅导过两个比较有挑战性的case：一是来美国读社区大学
的F1(成都)，一是J1拒签以后的2000（上海），都顺利通过了，所以算有一点经验吧。
现在成都形势突然变坏，运气的成分大大增加，但不管怎么说还是不能排除材料准备和
面签策略方面的因素。下面就谈谈2000策略的一些重点吧。
一、一定要准备新的证据。
首先需要清楚的是，2000绝不是（或者说绝不只是）再碰一次运气。2000的目的是推翻
上一次签证官的结论。针对不同的拒签理由，要准备更强有力的证据来试图否定这个拒
签理由。先谈谈一个比较容易的情况吧。
如果单单是以经济能力为理由拒签，其实是很容易推翻的。据我所知，很多因为这条理
由拒签的人并不是没有这个财力，而是材料没有准备充分，或者拿出来的材料看起来不
正规。我们需要做的就是想尽办法提供一切所能提供的财力证明。我能够想到的大概有
这些方式证明自己的财力。

，突然发现walmart帐号里有两单iTune e-giftcard 的order, 不是我下的。一单被
walmart cancel掉，第二单成功，而且居然发了e-gift card到我的电子邮箱里！
我跟信用卡公司申诉，今天收到结果说，walmart提供了购买信息，以及已经把e-gift
card发到了我电子邮箱的记录。也就是说没有帮我argue成功。然后我又从order买单那
个地方发信给walmart，结果walmart推皮球，如所附。
难道这哑巴亏就这么吃定了？好恶心的walmart网购经历。不是在乎那$25，而是这个过
程好让人恶心。网购无数，居然被walmart给涮了一把。而且，我现在无论如何在
walmart上下单，都被walmart cancel掉。

的收入减去5000.
但我的情况是fellowship部分税也扣了。我去开了一份有学校letterhead的证明信，想
把税返回来，不知道这样能要的回来不？还有就是听说最近irs查的很严，一千多刀，
值得去要吗？如果他们认为我这么做不对，会有什么惩罚吗？

我觉得准备的软材料里面有一个很帮父母省事.就是我分别给签证官和过海关的写了一
封信,解释了父母来美的原因和计划,就三段话,用的official letterhead.这个东西在
签证的时候父母没有机会给签证官看就过了.但是在过海关和行李检查的时候,因为他们
都不会英文,很管用.他们还没等问问题,就直接递上去.负责的人看得还很仔细,从头看
到结束,然后点了点头.之后没有再问父母一句话,都用手势顺利过关. |

EB2 NIW (NSC) PD 2009/11，RD 2012/2/2, 2012/6跨州换工作使用EAD卡。
7月初收到RFE Letter，主申请人是RFE 693和EVL，副申请人是693。
RFE letter里对EVL的要求，感觉是被当成了PERM，提到了I485pending>=180d 等，现
在正在DIY response, 很犹豫除了提供EVL+693外，要不要在cover letter里提一下自
己是NIW，可又怕提了多事，万一要是被RFE NIW相关就又多了件麻烦事儿。
麻烦大家帮我出出主意，谢喽。

我也有一个。 不过他跟我说最后的推荐信不能用NIH的letterhead的纸打印，只能用
plain paper, 然后以个人的名义写一封 "to whom it may concern", 不能 petition

是明令禁止用。
