的原文---这是为了控制员工在职期间就开始搞破坏的，所以国内员工不离职的话，根
本入不了下家。国内规定不能同时给两家做full time，现在跟美国这方面都一样了，
早接轨了。
姐都去之前的公司HR部门要的原版离职证明，必须有letterhead和提供HR的姓名，电话
，邮件，还有公司的mailing address都必须在letter上显示，提供哪年哪月哪日到哪
年哪月哪日曾经在职，否则你根本拿不到下家的offer letter的。 |

一是应该表示感谢，所谓礼多人不怪。二是那些老师在年度汇报的时候，可以用你的感
谢信来own他们的教学上的一些extra teaching credits。这些老教授没什么，但对还
没有tenured的教授，还是有点好处的。

我有时候听到见过我简历的几乎所有manager说，我的背景是整个组里最强的，是他这
辈子见过的为数不多的strong background，那时候，我听完就在想，你们这个组，是
不是很烂啊，我这么烂的居然还strong了，这么说完，导致了我错误的理解cover
letter根本不重要。

！！虽然其他地方都写的热情洋溢，什么strongly support什么的，可是这样一封推荐
信还是不能用啊。我想重新打印他的推荐信，然后自己模仿他的签名，可最大的问题就
是他的信纸是学校带水印的占用纸，我买不到这样的信纸。

letter 的letterhead 和 signature都是Teksystems的。但是在MS我的title是
software design engineer。所以如果Teksystems说我是Intern我就是Intern，感觉这
个offer其实和MS的关系不大。其实我是在为TEK工作，工资也是TEK付给我。但是我在
MS的campus做MS的project。当然MS会把我的工资给TEK，这样TEK 赚取其中的差额，这
应该就是他们的一种盈利模式。
但是TEK还是比较成功的猎头公司。非常responsive和cooperative，还不错。 |

要银行开出的有original letterhead的letter.银行的statement，utility等等都不行
（之前寄过，说是不行）。
我给我的银行打过电话（Chase, BOA)。都说没有这种letter。只有那种可以显示
balance的信，上面有我的地址，帐号，账户余额等信息。我寄给AE，还是说是不行。
请问版上有人碰到过这种问题吗？有什么解决的办法。
另外，是不是AE不想给我卡，又不想直接据我，所以找各种原因搪塞。
