他不出nih的letterhead，但是他应该有网页吧。或者至少在nih employment base甚至
google里面能查到这个人吧？不行linkedIn也行。他只要署名，只要写最后自己的工作
单位，你把他主页打出来就行了。。。善用google哟同学。。。
他总不会连名都不签吧，最后title也不写？匿名？匿名就不能用了。。。 |

发帖数: 278 | 2 其实letterhead最好是彩色的，有一种做法是光scan签名，integrate到用word或其他
软件转换成的pdf文件里面，好像也可以用。最保险的是原件，甚至欧洲中国日本不用
letter size的用A4纸打印可信度更高。普通邮寄花不了几个钱的，大教授们不会太在
意。 |

report, signed by a physician and on official hopstial or medical office

因为我做了X ray, 也提供了X ray report，但是我刚刚查看发现这个x ray report，
没有签字，只是打印了医生的名字而已。现在怎么办呀？是不是必须需要医生签字？
