这个问题非常不常见，因为我是换门把手的时候不小心把这个东西弄断了。
好像什么EBAY, AMAZON都没有卖。
你GOOGLE也搜不出什么有用的信息，只有教你怎么安装门把手里会提到这个东西，但是
一般不ASSUME坏掉。 |

发帖数: 386 | 29 今年1月，一个德国车倒车出parking space撞到我右边侧门sliding door.我的车是
sienna xle,被撞后，侧门有小3-4厘米直径，1厘米深的凹痕，和划痕。bodyshop给我
修了门重新喷漆。对方全责，我把车领回去。
几天后，我的back camera越来越 不清楚，后来完全看不清，发现镜头有很多裂痕。我
的车音响系统（带GPS和VCD，软件不好用了)和保险公司几经争论,最后把我的音响主机
换了。
3个月后我的车又发生了Car steering linkage leak, 修要1300 多元，自己怀疑撞车
后引发，后来越来越严重的 但没有证据，因为只是撞到了我的侧门。
5个月月侧门在按侧门按钮和驾驶处有个控制侧门开关的 按钮都不好使了，侧门只是动
了一个就不动像是卡住了。
又找回以前的body shop，他们说他们要问保险公司。2天还没答复，估计是够呛，因为
事故过去5个月，刚修完的时候没有这个毛病。
sienna一般很少出毛病，事故后屡屡发生毛病，有没有确实的证据可以指向车祸怎么办
？可以claim成吗？如何 ？

发帖数: 1008 | 32 首先，你这种情况不需要撬开边上的开关。插入钥匙，打到“on”，踩刹车就可以换挡
了。
其次，这个问题解决起来成本不高。shift linkage生锈了之类的问题，导致车辆认为
没有处在“P”档（尽管档位放在P档）。车辆只有在P／N两档才可以启动。自己不会修
的话直接去dealer就行了，几十刀的事情。 |

如果你在前八大校任职：
你的同事大多有在国际顶级刊物发表论文的能力。个别人有跳槽去国际一流大学任教并
拿到tenure的能力。
澳大利亚实行类似英国的培养体系。本科三年。学生如果愿意多花一年从事研究工作，
这一年被称为honours year，一般平均分达到75的学生才能进入第四年。这些学生中为
数不少能够和你合作发A类或者以上的论文。博士生水平和其它地方的学校一样参差不
齐。有一些能和你合作发相当不错的国际论文。有少数人能在毕业后去国际顶尖大学任
教并最终拿到tenure。
政府的科研经费主要来源于Australian Research Council （ARC）。每年的ARC申请都
是学院里的重头戏。经费的发放很严格，主要看publication。如果能够拉到国际知名
的学者联合申请，通过的概率也很高。ARC分为discovery和linkage两种。后者是政府
和industry联合资助，比较容易申请，金额也比较高。

你的同事有几个相当不错，他们经常能拿到经费。你能够找到几个不错的学生协助研究
