我上个星期听说如果有些医院实习有空位子的话,可以到nursing office要求调换.所以
我发了帖子请教大家意见.后来决定换到nice的老师那个nursing home,可是当我到
nursing office去提出要求的时候,人家老师说不可以换,lottery什么就是什么,除非有
人愿意和你switch.
所以,我只好在当时lottery抽到的老师那里clinical了.今天是实习第一天,那位老师似
乎不像评论地那样,我觉得她还比较nice. |

来正面贡献的技术移民不过14万，其他基本是带嘴过来吃福利的。最搞笑的是lottery
，现在美国自己的债务和社会福利负担都喘不过气来，每年还要从非洲硬扯一帮人过来
，在加州纽约州等地，经常看到操浓重外国口音的纯正黑人，有的在超市做没有技术含
量的工作，有的干脆四处闲逛，就是从非洲lottery硬扯来的。
能为美国做正面贡献的技术移民很多在苦苦排队，带嘴吃福利的潮水样涌来，比如中国

算不废除，在斩断chain之后，每年5万也容易同化吸收。墙和chain都重要，墙可以从
物理上增加偷渡的难度，斩断chain则从心理上增加偷渡难度。
