第一、能用MAC来分的，就用MAC分。比如：你有VoIP Box (LinkSys SPA 1001之类的)
，放在最上面。
第二、能用IP来分的，就用IP分。比如：我的BT client在服务器上，但我给它一个单
独的IP，这样就限这个IP就可以了，放在MAC地址的下面。
第三、能用port来分的，就用port分。比如：你的BT client设置是用8492端口，就给
这个端口最低。
第四、计算越多的越放在下面，比如L7的分析，你的router要解开包才能知道的，计算
量会大。
不是一定要把高优先级的放在最上面。但要小心overlap，比如：你把port是80的放在
了BT的IP的上面，port 80给medium或high，BT的IP给lowest。这时从你BT现在连到80
的会被mark成medium或high。所以这时候要把BT的IP放在port 80的上面。

为什么highest和high一样？这样还分它干什么？为什么lowest的比low的inbound还大
？那lowest就不是lowest的。没必要改它的意思吧。
建议你outbound和inbound的部分就按我给你的那个设。
还有，你没设最后的那个port: 1024-65535: lowest。这个会把其它的都设成lowest，
否则就是default的low了。还是有必要的。 |

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- U.S. unemployment, as measured by Gallup without
seasonal adjustment, was 7.8% for the month of November, up significantly
from 7.0% for October. Gallup's seasonally adjusted unemployment rate is 8.3
%, nearly a one-point increase over October's rate.

U.S. violent crimes including murders fell 4.4 percent in 2013 to their
lowest number since the 1970s, continuing a decades-long downturn, the FBI
