第一天，感受一下，不是很严格 |

整个下午，吃了4根冰棍，每根40卡，合160卡。
吃了豆干当零食，100卡。
吃了少许蔬菜沙拉，冰的，可以降温，浇了点酱油，是拉差辣椒和剁青椒做配料，总共
约50卡。
吃了一个小苹果，80卡。
晚餐，吃了一点点儿薯条配mayonnaise，大约总共150卡。
以上合计：300+160+100+50+80+150=740卡
天气太热，不停的想吃冰，下午喝了6tasse的决明子茶，3瓶冰的perrier，2瓶矿泉水
，0卡。
全天总摄入热量：早餐133卡+午餐420卡+下午茶零食和晚餐740卡=1293卡
天气热，好像都很难控制到1000卡以下了，为什么热胃口反而好啊 |

粗细的薯条配mayonnaise（170卡）。
健身2小时15分钟，健身完，收到闺蜜电话，拉出去downtown吃了顿中餐，好久没吃中
餐，点了不少菜，1个椒盐猪扒饭，2个人分着吃。都没吃完，猪扒饭剩下3分之1，香辣
猪口条剩下1半多，蒜蓉空心菜剩下一小半，油黄鸡是半只鸡，剩下了5块左右（鸡皮全
扔，其实就是白切鸡）。两人都是刚出健身房（她跳了1小时zumba），超级饿，各吃了
一小碗白米饭。大约这顿总热量700卡。
全天摄入总热量：午餐500卡+下午茶35卡+零食100+170+晚餐700=1505卡 |

大姨妈来的太多了，没敢去健身。在家宅着看了一下午加一晚上小说。
晚上4片葡萄干面包360卡，1杯果汁170卡，麻椒鸡丝约200卡。总摄入热量约：730卡
夜宵，1根小黄瓜，约70卡。

汇报一下，这几天暴饮暴食，长胖了，本来上周三加班累到了，还瘦了1磅多，这下不
但长回来了，还多长出来好多。现在体重57kg，等这两天亲戚走了，还是开始绝一下食

鳄鱼头，后扬Pepsi, 甚酷。不多时，驶入十三街，China Super Buffet 赫然入目。进
店大喜，来美多年，首次在中式自助餐厅见到NCAA现场直播，甘城不愧为大学橄榄球圣
地之一。菜色平平，与大多数福建buffet并无太大差别，但有一服务女生长相甜美，为
人随和。有种长条春卷吃了不少，好似脆皮内含广式香肠，问原料，甜mm告知曰:
cream cheese + crab leg + Mayonnaise。 赞，小费翻倍奉上。食客中有两中国男生
，其中一人红色衬衣，黑边眼镜，挂着蓝色工作证，文质彬彬不失朝气，时时关注MSU
vs Auburn比赛， 似乎很像传说中的先皇小皮，想至此，突然间俺便挺胸收腹，万一相
认也不能失了咱狮子的派儿，呵呵，其实在buffet店做收腹运动那就是一个NC。饭饱后

早9：00起床，10：00出发。
今天上午要去参观塞维利亚王宫（Real Alcazar of Seville）。
出旅馆往西走一点就是塞维利亚大教堂（Seville Cathedral），它的南面紧挨着的就
是塞维利亚王宫。
先给塞维利亚大教堂照张相。
这个大教堂是在原来的大清真寺的基础上建造的，所以还保留有原来的一些构造。
最有名的就是上面照片里的那个高塔，原来是大清真寺的宣礼塔（La Giralda），被改
造成大教堂的钟楼。
可以和摩洛哥的宣礼塔对比一下。
这是“皇城”拉巴特（Rabat）未完工的哈桑塔（Hassan Tower）。
这是“红城”马拉喀什（Marrakesh）库图比亚清真寺（Koutoubia Mosque）的宣礼塔
（Minaret）。
然后买塞维利亚王宫的门票。
每人8.5欧元共17欧元。
参观皇家住所（Cuarto Real Alto）另收每人4.2欧元一共是8.4欧元。
我们的时间是10：45的窗口。

不过，昨天在翻阅诸多菜谱之后，觉得都比较难。
大部分中国菜以鱼为主，将鱼炸到鱼肉张开，且每片鱼肉保持完整的程度。
掂量了一下自己的厨艺，觉得还是有难度。
于是又洋为中用了，用一个非常简单的鸡蛋沙拉作主体。
作的孔雀开屏。
别的不敢说，一定是你见过的，最简单，最容易复制的
“孔雀开屏”
材料：
笕菜叶若干，鸡蛋6只，红辣椒半只，绿辣椒三只
过程：
^_^鸡蛋煮熟，对切两半。
^ _ ^蛋黄和蛋白分开，蛋白摆盘。
蛋黄和等量的红辣椒，绿辣椒及等量的Mayonnaise混合均匀
^_^摆盘
笕菜叶铺底，切半的蛋白摆成扇面状。

且不说西餐这个概念对不对，东地中海的料理试过没？羊腿做的鲜美上天了。南欧美食
试过没？香辛料就是南欧人全世界找来的，你们喜欢的辣椒也是这么来中国的。
说到日耳曼香肠，北欧的海鲜，都有很多种做法和美味，你们盯着冷面包和午餐肉，就
好像美国人对着美式中餐的宫保鸡丁说中餐一样可笑。
就说三明治吧，且不说各家个不同，三明治的面包就有四五种，味道各不相同，里面的
sauce就跟不说了，估计你们也只敢吃奶黄酱吧？金枪鱼馅、火鸡胸肉馅看上去颜色差
不多口感完全不一样。
说到火鸡就说烤火鸡了，你们多少人去口碑好的饭店吃过火鸡？火鸡胸肉自己烤出来很
干不够Juicy就说这东西没法吃？就好像电视上那些做不来豆腐的人把豆腐捣烂了做沙
拉Topping然后说这玩意儿口感太差了一样可笑吧。

样)，把四五堆堆在一片面包上，把芥末酱(摇晃摇晃)，挤在上面，
切几片奶酪，撒在上
面，堆上生菜，盖上另一片面包。告成。如果拿刀切个对角线，更象
回事。
不用起油锅，不用微波炉。乍一尝是很象店里卖的，仔细想想，无非
就是芥末的味道，味
觉灵敏点的话，能吃出点奶酪味。不是说的，俺家的烙饼如果用上这
两样佐料，也是正宗

The most common one is Staphylococcus aureus. The other one is Bacillus
