单身证明比较tricky, 美国发结婚license的机构通常是county (出生证明, marriage
license 一般都是county jurisdiction). 所以你可以到你现居住地去索取一份证明,
但这种文件比较冷门, 希望你所在的county知道如何处理.
在美国应该英文原件, 中文翻译件都通过public notary来notarize. 然后在拿到中国
领馆得到认证.

填完签证申请表后，有个supporting documents的要求，说美国绿卡不要寄原件过去，
要求寄notarize 公证的复印件过去。
问了一圈银行，还有其他公证的地方，都说不能公正绿卡。
请问：
（1）寄原件行不行？
（2）在洛杉矶哪里可以办理notary？
急啊，机票什么都弄好了，过两天就去打指纹了。

check by check, won't have big IOU bills. I think they are deep discounted

But google it, using keyword "Grand Deed" and your state name. Each state
might have some "rules" about the wording. Also note, some county have very
specific requirement about the margin on the Grant Deed, so the stamp can
