调，我们猜想Hes1参与了调控，Hes1 cell line也验证了一下。然后克隆了target
gene promoter，预测发现了一个非常保守的Hes1 binding site，但是这个结果是WT
Hes1上调promoter，dnHes1不调节promoter activity，非常奇怪的结果。
想问一下Notch方面的专家，Hes1能直接上调gene 表达吗？

再看三个CLAW. 有三种口一个CLAW 上有个notch. konica/AR notch 在CLAW 正中, MD
NOTCH 在CLAW 右边, Y/C 在左边 (都是朝镜头屁股看).
如果你看到一个CLAW 上有靠右的NOTCH, 结合圆杆, 就肯定是MD.

现。

先定义一下clear吧，就是用两根手指去推shifter从neutral到1st，推到大概三分之一
的地方，shifter就会被1st吸过去的感觉，非常的清晰（clear）流畅（smooth）。
那么不clear不smooth的情况可以定义为（根据我亲身体验），用两根手指推，推到三
分之一的地方，就推不动了，好像有个什么东西挡住了一样，这时候必须要上手掌用力
往前推一下，才能进入1st。
再换一种表达，clear就好比穿鞋的时候，一蹬就进去了；unclear的时候就好比鞋里面
有个小气球（或者乒乓球，鸡蛋），轻轻蹬的话，是穿不进去的，要使劲蹬一下，把气
球踩爆了，才能穿进去的感觉。
好了，定义完了来说我的经历，7个档位里面，有时候会发生这种unclear的情况，目前

some kind of reference to guide you (a laser or a wire) such that both sides
grow follow the same parallel line. When they pass the tile line, you will
have to notch a board or two. But that's doable. If you plan carefully, you

It is not just removing those screws.
You need to notch for the hinge, the size and depth of that notch needs to
match your hinge and the hinge on the door frame
Your answer sounds like you do not know what should be done for this
You do not need to remove the old paint
you can just lightly sand it and paint over
btw, you still need to paint the whole door even if you bought a new one
no matter who you are |

molding and oscillation tool for under the door jam and notching cut to go
round posts etc.
Table saw can do miter cut, but it is not easy. Just think about common
length of quarter/molding is 8 ft. Try push that on a table for a perfect
angle.
To notch a board, if you want the final cut out surface to be straight up
and down, you can't use table saw. It will give you residue grooves. Maybe
