现在有两个问题请教大家
1. 之前contract的时候 虽然是full time上班 但是工资是按小时pay的（请假不给钱
），现在的offer yearly salary涨了13% 外加 5% 奖金（从现在起干满第一年开始拿
），总数基本上算是跟我预想的差不多，但是老板压根没问我对工资的期望啊什么的，
所以我在想是不是还有商量的余地？ （当时老板着急去办事情 然后说让我回家仔细看
看offer细节 然后周一再签字或者再谈）
2. 这个节骨眼上是不是先不应该追究细节（比如说 加班制度啊 报销制度啊 考证书和
一些professional membership 是不是cover啊）？ 如果还想negotiate 工资的话 显
得太demanding了吧?
其实我也知道自己还是新人 不应该为了那3 4千块钱讨价还价 不过貌似大家的薪水都
是有余地的 所以就想请教大家 看我... 阅读全帖 |

If the Contract可以转Permanent, they will let you know when you apply for
the job, because the rate will be lower for those 可以转正-contractor-job.
For the 不可以转正-contractor-job, the rate will be higher. The hiring
manager has a budget, certainly s/he wants to make bigger bonus for herself/
himself by year end by cutting contractor's rate and converting contractor
to employees because normally contractors cost a little bit more. |
