现在，在学校有关部门的帮助下，开始申请permanent residence.
他们看了我的简历，建议我申请eb1.
我现在正在准备材料。但是，我心里没底。
fresh phd， 我在学术杂志上有2篇文章，都是这两个月来才正式被发表--其中一篇被
引用了一次；还有5篇book chapter.给四五个学术杂志做过reviewer. 在各种学术会议
上有10几个presentation.
我心里没底。不知道eb1的门槛到底有多高。
希望前辈们分享一下经验。谢谢！ |

钱不多，大概5w加一些benefit.
然后老板继续忽悠，说以后可以自己写proposal要钱，这样可以提成
还有position title也可以自己想。
我的意向是，不可能在这边呆太久，5年最多了。
最终还是想回国找一个位置或者在美国找一个独立的位置。
想跟老板谈，但是不知道什么title比较好，还有怎样对回国发展最有利？
还有我该注意点什么？还有什么跟老板商讨的。
老板的意思说可以协助办绿卡。
对美国这种制度不是很了解，想请各位帮忙解答一下。

One is permanent one, in non-profit place. Originally asking for Master for
that job. I'm a Ph.D.
Another one is a two years job, in a dream industry company. Job is asking
for PhD.
Salaries are almost same for both jobs. Location are same. And both jobs
issue H1B. However, for the job description (also future career direction),
I'm more interested in the temporary one.
Which one do you think is better?

公司HR管理，而是有第三方的猎头公司代理。所以严格上说我是猎头公司的职员。
当时签contract时，上面写着是不能接受这个offer的，但问公司的HR说可以。不知道
毁约会不会有什么影响。毕竟permanent job比较有保障也给办工作签证（我现在还是
OPT），我还是决定接受offer. 但是要毁约，不知道行不行。
