再update下：
话说上次情况有好转后身体状况有了起伏又，转折点是一次遗精。遗精后发现腰酸依然存在，特别是
遗精后的一个星期，腰酸挺严重的，第二个星期又有所好转，腰酸基本没有了，晨勃也有所恢复，但
还是没达到预期的程度，看来还是体虚。如果和病前比较，貌似谈不上恢复。看来病情还是有起伏
吧。之后到现在又吃了快2周药了（给改了下药方），身体不争气，近一周内有两次遗精（也不知道
为啥会这么频繁，平时一般都是一月一次），第一次遗精后，身体腰酸不是很严重，晨勃也没啥变
化，昨天晚上遗精后直到今天腰酸又特别明显，晨勃也没有啦。哎，张医生说过，不遗精是恢复的关
键，现在看来实在是倒霉。。。
我这个虽然就是常见的肾虚，但现在被折腾的心里非常没底。。。也不知道该咋办，在想要不要找其
他医生看下啦

比赛大会（The 5th International Health Qigong Tournament and Exchange），
20日在新泽西州帕西波尼（Parsippany）举行开幕式，吸引来自26个国家和地区的
400多位气功爱好者参与盛会。
根据大会日程，健身气功交流比赛安排于20日、21日，在新泽西帕西波尼（Parsippany）
喜来登酒店（Sheraton Parsippany Hotel）举行。活动亮点是400多名运动员参加
健身气功易筋经、五禽戏、六字诀和八段锦的个人和集体项目比赛。此项活动将发

，他们身着饰有宝石的丝绸，随着乐团的各种颂歌起伏，这就是上周开始在无线电城音
乐厅上演的“新唐人全球华人新年晚会”。
接着是一些歌唱表演，歌曲的歌词唱的是中文，但是在节目中被翻译成了英语，并
开始提到“迫害”和“压迫”。每一次当声乐敲击到这些词时，一些观众就开始收拾东
西，朝出口处走去。
不久，是一幕芭蕾舞演出，三名女子被一群官员送入大牢，其中一人被杀害，在这
一幕的结束时，有越来越多的观众，三四人一批以及大批人开始退场。在演出中场，数
十人一群，也许有好几百人一群陆续离场。
他们已意识到，这一节目不只是庆祝中国新年，而是在中国被禁止的法轮功的活动
