目前的唐氏筛查试验有两个，一个是在first trimester做的，一个是在second
trimester做的。
First trimester screening包括三个检测：
抽血查free-beta hCG和PAPP-A，外加一个B超检查的NT。
Second trimester screening包括4个检查，都是抽血查的：
AFP， hCG， uE3，和inhibin，因此又叫Quad test。
