如果我总的listing不超过150个。 如果全部list成good til canceled.
1. 是不是可以不用再管。30天之后，这些listing 也符合这个 150 free 的条件？
每个月都不会再被收入inserting fee? (感觉这样可以一劳永逸，又不担心被多收费。)
2. 还有这种good til cancelled是否也符合新的final value fee规定。就是最少4%那
种？
3. store自动的批量处理功能，能否很简单的把以前的30 days fixed listing, 重新
全部relist成good til cancelled?

回应不付款，四天后你可以close case，完了你可以ebay 会退回收的final sale fee
，你可以relist你的东西继续卖。那买家会有一个不付款的不良记录。 |

还是你真的希望你东西寄给他之后，他再开case跟你要求return？
如果买家觉得他不想继续这笔交易了，干脆点取消是最好的方法，
拿回FVF后你立马可以再relist。 |

50, bin price 80. 没多久就有一个人买了，paypal付了钱. 是个有1000多fb, 100%
positive的id, 06年的会员。paypal address也是confirmed, 在sinoux fallsb sd.
奇怪的有两点：
1.他是从auction走的，就他一个人bid但他却直接出了个bin的价格。看他review全部
来自当buyer，而且几乎隔两天就有购买记录。但是那些一两天前的review我却不能看
他买了啥。
2.后来我又relist了另外一个frame.结果刚刚又是这人一样的搞法，一个人bid直接出
bin价格。照常理，他知道没人抢干嘛出高价？
这两点看上去很可疑啊。新人没见过啥世面，还请神医们帮我看看这人是不是spammer?
