谢谢师姐鼓励!今天跟黑大叔讲了这个问题,他说我可能每次加重量的时候已经累了,
不容易适应新重量。他建议我aggressive一点,热身以后,做一组normal weight
normal rep,然后就加点重量,能做几个rep 就做几个rep(只要form好,做2个3个都行
),然后deload到normal weight normal rep,再加。。。这么mix来适应新重量。我还
跟他讲了back strength的瓶颈问题,他说下次专门练练背。他对我的squat和bench
press的form都很满意,觉得我这两项都可以往上加重量,还说以后我想加重的时候可
以找他spot,不算在training里面。:)

首先赞一下大师威武,力量很牛。
单单讲一下form的问题:
1)大师做这个set的时候已经是身体累了,其实不应该做这种95%以上的测试。很容易
受伤不说,form也没法保持。说得不好听点你做的这set基本算是ego lift。
2)硬拉在95%以上的时候form多少都会变形,最常见的就是round lower back,但是基
本的form还是应该保持。大师做的这三个rep里面所有的基本都是stiff leg了。靠的都
是背,基本没有用到glute和hamstring。第一个rep的臀背setup还可以,但是肩部明显
在杆子前面,身体被杆子往前拉。而且你off floor没有耐心,臀部比肩部上升快,搞
成stiff leg了。
3)第一个rep你jerk off the floor了,造成你的hips直接shoot up。非常容易受伤,
常见的就是脊柱shoot out。
4)硬拉的时候scapula应该在杆子正上方或稍微靠后。拉的时候重量重心在脚后跟,杆
子走的时候应该被拉向身体的方向。大师的肩膀在杆子前方,造成重心前移,没有在后
脚跟,身体被杆子带着往前拉了。这种情况下很难lock... 阅读全帖

这个,我觉得即使不长大肌肉也不见得就是要减肥吧!
黑大叔的训练方式:几乎没有组间休息的,super set一个动作接着一个,一般都是12-
15 reps,组间逐渐加重量,最后一组总是会做不够rep就fail掉了,立即换上一组的重
量直到做满rep。
这么练一样也长了不少肌肉,而且肥肉长得很少,完全没有彪body fat%,我觉得很适
合追求lean mass的女生练。
我看过一篇文章,里面认为长肌肉(bulk)的关键不在做多大重量多少rep,而在于train
to failure。各种理论太多了,不好说这个说法对不对,但是黑大叔的课每次都是
train to failure。

1) The bar is racked too high on the rack as I notice that you had to raise
your heels to get the bar out. It needs to be at your chest level on the
rack - use your nipples as the reference.
2) Your heels came up during ever rep. I am not sure if it's a ankle
mobility issue or simply a cue issue. Keep the weight on your heels or mid-

我可能和版上很多大牛观点不完全相同,仅供参考。男女都适用。
5x5是属于比较大重量的力量训练,新人直接上起不到最好的效果,而且弄不好还容易
受伤。
推荐以下顺序:
1 阶段:平衡和耐力 4到6周 2x20rep 开始
重点1,动作很慢。 2, 不稳定 学习规范的动作,不要受伤
做比较简单,大肌肉群的练习。避免使用太稳定的器械,选择哑铃和自身重量。比如做
卧推,选择bench press with dumbbell. 重量选轻一点,可以做两组20个的。做的时
候特点要慢,特别是收回的时候,用大约4秒的时间。组间休息30到60秒。如果觉得组
间你需要更长时间才能缓过来,就是你dumbbell太重了。进级的话可以考虑增加重量减
少rep, 还有增加不稳定。比如不要躺在bench上,躺一个球上。或者单脚放在bench上
,另一个脚举起来。 选择几个简单的动作练到全身的大肌肉群。 象做squat的时候可
以拿dumbbell, 然后站在垫子上,或者bosu 上。 腿部力量大点以后可以换成单脚。

I train 4 days a week and do all 3 lifts in each session. I am used to high
frequency training. I've trained 3 days a week with all 3 lifts in each
session for the past year, but this is the first time I am doing 4 times a
week.
RPE 9 means that you are pretty sure that you could get another rep.
RPE 10 means that you are pretty sure you won't get another rep.
RPE 9.5 is when you think may be able to get another rep, but not 100% sure.

最近开始cut,决定改变以前纯5x5的练法,改成每天一个专项大volume superset
昨天的内容是 引体向上8reps,single arm row 35lbs 10 reps,leg raise 16 reps
,还有那种侧腰提45磅杠铃片的(不知道这动作叫啥)10 reps
以上为一个superset,中间休息2到3分钟
但是我2个set之后就有点力竭出现,特别是引体向上,引体之后紧接着arm row也有点
吃力。我的目标是完成5组,这种情况下要增加休息时间,减少reps,还是减低重量?
另外,一周剩下的项目是,super set: 卧推,体重6x8,蝴蝶哑铃夹胸 45磅6x8,下斜
哑铃卧推45磅 6x8
还有一天是深蹲185 6x8,外加挂55磅盘子dip 6x8,和肩推90 6x8 这个器材安排不过
来,估计只能一样一样来。
每周跑步4次,平时每次45分钟外加8 min abs,周末每次1小时。你们觉得如何?

Thanks! Nicely done on 135x20! I would suggest to anyone who hasn't done a
20 rep squat to at least do it a few times. It makes you appreciate much
more doing a set of 10 or less reps :)
As for the 剧烈头痛,严重缺氧, it'll get better. It would help to take a few
breaths (instead of one and holding it) for the last couple of reps when
they get hard. I normally just lay on the ground for 5 minutes straight
after the 20 rep set :)

If you really want to train for maximal strength, you shouldn't be doing all
the strength workouts on the same
day. Start with large muscle groups and finish with small muscle groups.
Work many sets on each muscle
group, increase the weight and lower the reps until 1 rep max. But that's
rather unnecessary for runners.
The typical strength training routine I do nowadays is 60-80% of the
following exericses depending on the

"冲one rep max就是一两秒钟的事情,很难有这种感觉"
这个,说啥好呢?说明你的CNS没有调动起来,也说明你远没接近自己的 1 rep max
不用到1 rep max,做3 reps的重量,就应该有这种感觉
5x5, 10x10, 反倒不会到这个地步, intensity不够

I like yjj's opinion of raising flop instead of raising turn. Let me first
say that your line is fine too sometimes depending on history. It could have a larger fold equity if the lines you choose for previous showdown hands consist of calling flop and raising turn with strong made hand. that is probably the few advantages from raising turn.

好吧,我每天的routine
有氧一个小时:跑步、游泳、椭圆机、自行车换着来。
力量练习:
dumbbell lunge: 2 x 8lb dumbbell, 3 sets, 10 rep
dumbbell squat: 15lb dumbbell, 2 sets, 20 rep
triceps extension: 15lb dumbbell, 2 sets, 20 rep
dumbbell kickback: 8lb dumbbell, 4 sets, 10 rep
用哑铃的主要是这些,还有一些器械我不知道叫什么名字。。。

10@90lb, then, 3X10@100lb, then 3X8@110, last 3X8@120lb,
前面6个set都是warm up
甚至9包括110lb也是warm up
warm up你估计都消耗了大量的能量了
后面最后3sets 达到的效果就大打折扣了
warm up的作用是两个,
一是拉伸肌肉,让肌肉充血
二是逐渐build up重量,过渡到你的target max weight
所以过多的warm up基本上会起到不好的效果
如果我是你
我会做10-12 reps 70 lb
10 reps 100 lb
3 reps 120 lb
3sets 8 reps 130lb

汗,以讹传讹了么。其实三个月之前已经练过五六个月了,只是最近三个月集中在增加
1rep max上而已,其实增量木有那么大。
我感觉是增加1 rep的重量和增加绝对力量还不太一样,有一部分是在训练神经系统和
协调上。呼吸和爆发力相对就重要不少。比如我中间练过一段时间的clean,感觉对1
rep max的DL成绩提高不小,但相比较我现在5repDL的成绩增加却木有那么大。
还有大概就是避免肌肉酸痛。以前练习的时候大多是用pyramid四到五组8-10 rep的练
习,而且一般总是要做到力竭。有的时候酸痛感就很强烈,甚至会影响到下一次训练。
最近三个月减少了rep数,同时尽量避免力竭,减少酸痛,加快肌肉恢复,虽然酸痛不
强烈会有种“没有练习够”的感觉,不过实际效果看起来比以前要显著的多,至少对我
是这样。

平常主要做ATG sqaut,不怎么做deadlift。今天试了一下deadlift,除去前面的热身
几组,最大重量用275磅做了3组(4 rep, 3 reps, 3 reps)。要远远好于自己ATG squat
的最好纪录(205磅做7 reps)。
另外最近在减脂,体重已经减到163.5磅。

DL, SQ, BP, MP seems like simply move, but it's very technical.... the
efficient move pattern of which takes a while to find or get close to....
here is my experience with DL:
monday 235 * 2 reps, almost some black out feelings at the 2nd rep
thursday 245 * 3 reps, comfortably, didn't push myself for 4th rep...
later on still have some energy to try some partial range DL at 265- 275
I don't think it was due to strength grow(impossible in 3 days), but
probably technique adjustment....

-10 push-ups, 10 squats, 10 rounds.
-Tabata Squats: 20 seconds on 10 seconds rest, 8 rounds. Count your lowest
score.
-Handstand to Jack-Knife to vertical jump. 30 Reps.
-Run 1 mile with 100 air squats at midpoint, for time.
-7 squats, 7 burpies, seven rounds, for time.
-10x 30 second handstand to 30 second bottom of the squat hold.
-Burpee to the push up position, do 10 push ups, burpie out. 5 rounds.

2008年2月25号晚,一天没睡的我为了倒时差,就上来MITBBS想用星际帮我忘记时间。
结果一上来RVR就给一个叫mianmian还是otter的2:1,REP找不到了
他说要去吃饭,介绍STAR给我打,说他2差不多。
我和STAR的初次见面就这样开始了。。
一上来就BO3。。。结果如何大家看看REP就知道。
一个礼拜后,3月2号,再遇STAR。。
哼哼。
打了4盘。。。
结果如何,大家问REP。
当时还不知道STAR是女孩子,后来陆续有听人说,我也没信,因为那年头冒充女的讨便
宜的太多了。后来接触多后才发现STAR真的是女孩子,于是我就震惊,认识不少打星际
的女孩子,打到她那程度的1个也没有。到今天正好认识STAR半年,一共打了200多盘,
是MITBBS和我交手最多的人。我输的也不少。再看看STAR当时的REP,半年时间STAR提
高好多。
BTW,有些许聊天记录。可以用ADVLOADER观看,顺便推销下,新出的SCTOOLS 3.1功能
非常强大,有了它一个,基本可以舍弃所有其它星际工具。

FYI, it is a common practice to get the Amazon Rep (including online chat)
to do price match or adjustment. I even got a $50 refund from an online
Newegg rep for my 16-35mm len, which I bought ten days before. I happened to
notice their price for the len was $50 less, chatting to a rep about this,
and saying Amazon will do price adjustment in the similar case, then rep
just authorized the refund.
It is not much money compared to the cost of len,but you will feel much
happier if this happens.

首先,Cell Research的实时引用真不怎么地,除了张晨宇的那个植物siRNA论文。
Cell Rep实时引用还是很不错的,比Cell Research和Science Translational
Medicine高。
其实Cell 系列只有一次大修机会,没有修好而悲剧的文章很多。所以Cell Rep稿源非
常多的。 如果文章一般般,还是别考虑了。
但有点搞笑的是, Cell Rep开始的时候说什么发表“短篇”文章为主,这是给自己打
脸啊。现在有几篇是短文章?
Open Access 费用是高了点,不过能发这个的也不会在乎几盒子QIAGEN MAXI的钱。
JCI,NAR也是OPEN ACCESS。 没见人家文章很牛么。
生物学文章质量,我觉得是这样的: Cell Rep >= Nat Comm > Cell Res

x有四种值:"d" "a" "c" "b"
我想做的事情是:当某一种值的个数少于5个的时候,将它替换成统一的字符“o”.
这样结果将会是:"d" "o" "o" "o" "b" "b" "b" "b" "b" "b" "o" "o" "o" "o" "o"
"b" "d" "d" "d" "d" "d" "d" "d" "d"
也就是原数据中a和c全部被替换成了o。
我能想到的是用for 循环做对每种值逐一替换。
请大牛们指点一下:能否避免用for循环,直接用什么命令就可以解决的?
因为数据太庞大,用for循环的话时间太长了。。。。

最近用R比较多,R确实比较方便,但设计的实在不严谨,用起来惊喜很多,感觉很不爽
。这不光是各个用户自己写的库的问题,R语言本身也毛病一堆。我抛砖引玉,举个例
子,大家有什么抱怨的跟上:
apply返回结果不一致,诸如
apply(matrix(c(rep(1, 10), rep(2,10)), ncol=4), 1, table)[,1]
没问题, 但
apply(matrix(c(rep(1, 10), rep(1,10)), ncol=4), 1, table)[,1]
就出错。

以下写了第一段之后再试图写第二段

现在这些rep的job被cut了很多, 以前是boss, 现在降为rep, 原来的rep就被fire了。
