今天打电话给USCIS，我提出要加急，financial loss，rep说需要提供材料证明
financial loss，还要了我的地址，但没有要我的email，最后给了我一个case number
。根据版上信息，USCIS会寄一个信说明如何提交材料，但是rep说不会有信，还让我和
local office make an appointment，我不断的问rep我向谁提供材料，rep不断的说应
该向USCIS提供材料，但不说具体方式，请各位指点一二！谢谢谢！ |

，说了一堆废话，然后拿出一张价格表，摁计算器算出9000多，说看你家容易装，
down-sprout有些还可以重复使用，然后还有volume discount，blah,blah只收
$7000，我说滚你的蛋吧，Costco的rep当时可是说和普通gutter同样价格的，7000我找
人来清可以清70年。丫站起来说可以让步，$6800，我大怒，请他出去。他立刻降了两
千，但是我已经决定不用他了，所以他就继续降价，最后竟然只要$2200，我说$2200还
可以清22年呢。普通gutter不过1500呢，你们不是说和普通gutter一个价格么？他说怎
么可能同样价格，然后他大骂那个costco的rep说他误导人浪费他的时间，我附和说那
个rep真是个骗子，同样浪费我的时间。开门走人。
我估计那个costco的rep只要让人填个表，就可以拿到一笔钱。

通过英国转机的(你可以凭借AP在美国申请英国的签证没有问题, 你去了英国后再使用

bill混进funding bill, 就是想混过去。因为trump只care 修墙的钱。

如果没有的话，是不是应该优先参考ICA的official描述呢？
A SPR who remains outside Singapore without a valid REP will lose his/her
SPR status.

是的，我现在在国外，暂时不需要回新加坡。我在乎的不是REP，而是REP 失效后PR
status 被取消，PR 也就不存在了。HDB 和CPF 也受影响了。
如果我让REP过期不延，我失去的是SPR status，但我还有IC，我没有失去PR?
我和公民配偶共同拥有的HDB和自己的CPF不会受影响，将来要回新加坡，就去新加坡大
使馆去restore PR就可以了？
如果象你所说的，失去status以后PR 的种种福利和权力就没有了,等同外国人. 我不会
主动不要PR的。 但REP过期，SPR status 取消，那PR 算存在吗？好象有点自相矛盾了。 |

饮食偶不懂,就说说你的练习时间,2小时太长了吧,60分钟左右比较合适.
1.看看能否减少rep之间的休息时间,如从1min--30sec,这样对同一块肌肉的刺激也会强
一些.
2.如果时间长是由于要做很多动作,可以考虑每次练力量不必照顾到每一块肌肉,重点选
择几块练也行,这样效果可能会更好
3.蛋白吃得可真够多的,牛人来说说在锻炼当天吃多少合适吧?我觉得早餐或午餐有条件
也吃些水果和蔬菜,忘了在哪里看到了蛋白吃多了,蔬菜水果也要响应多吃,有助于蛋白的代谢
从书上看了一个关于reps的guideline,share一下
High intensity: 6-12 reps. Higher-intensity training poses a greater risk
of injury. This approach to training is suitable for athletes and
experienced exercisers.
Moderate intensity: 8-12 reps. This is the ideal number |

**15-20reps a set, 3 sets:
swing, clean & jeark, snatch (35lbs)
**Keep the reps low: (53lbs)
turkish get up, floor press
In the beginning keep it at five reps per side or less. With a kettlebell
you may do a five minute cycle where you switch hands each rep, but this
will still probably only end up being five reps per side. You may bring it
up to ten minutes as you become stronger and develop solid technique |

发帖数: 1356 | 48 没必要太纠结具体做多少reps，轻一点侧重练力量耐力，重一点的练绝对力量，我觉得
都要做。可以分天做，也可以一起做，比如一次做几组1-5 reps的，灾穿插做几组8-12
reps的。侧重练form的话8-12 reps的重量挺好。 |

这周二的WOD到现在hamstring还没缓过来。
STRENGTH
Deadlift
5 Reps at 75% of working max – 90% of (1RM+10#)
3 Reps at 85%
1+ Reps at 95% (complete as many reps as possible with correct form)
WOD
21 Deadlifts (135/95# – Same bar/weight for all three exercises)
400m Run
15 Power Cleans
400m run
9 Front Squats

1. 用65磅，但减少set的数量，比如3（不包括预热），增加rep的数量，比如12到15.
2. 用70磅，但减少reprep的数量，比如6到8.
一般而言，从65磅到70磅，变化只有5磅，小于10%。如果65磅能保持form，做10个rep
，那么70磅至少可以做5个rep。后期form的破坏，主要是肌肉的持久力还不行。用方法
1可以改善为做70磅做准备。
只要70磅能干净的5个6个，就可以坚持做70磅，然后慢慢增加到10个rep，然后再加重
量。。。
男女下肢在力量上的差别不如上肢的差别大。如果一般男的应该深蹲1.5倍体重的话，
女的应该蹲自身体重。 |
