HR 2161 IDEA Act的听证前天才完成，然后Lofgren又提出了H.R.3119. 这个3119比
2161的规模要小：主要是HR 2161包括STEM的exemption, 然后这个不包括STEM.这样的
话就少了很多争议。
再有一点就是HR 3119包含了对Family-based immigration的一些有利条款，所以还能
得到Family-based人员的支持。
所以HR 3119通过的概率也许大些，另外这个法案也由非法移民的最坚定支持者Rep.
Gutierrez联合提出(co-sponsor), 所以遇到的非法移民那里的阻力会小些。
HR 3119 主要是：
1. 去除Per country limit (HR 2116也有， HR 3012也有。两党支持)
2. 扩大AC 21的适用范围
3. 提高family-based的移民名额的per country limit至15%

发帖数: 1263 | 7 理论上PR是不过期的，会过期的是re-entry permit（REP）。如果是因为在新加坡工作
而得到的PR，在REP到期时需要仍受雇于新加坡的雇主才能RENEW REP，否则REP即失效
。而新加坡的法律同时又规定，居住于新加坡以外的PR如果没有合法的签证（即REP）
，则PR身份失效，所以如果REP到期的时候PR仍在新加坡以外工作和生活，那么他的PR
也就不能续了。
不过PR也有不同的种类。比如因为配偶是公民而得到的PR就不受这个限制。 |

第1天： 早上，练手臂, 3 exercises for Biceps(bicep curl, preacher curl,
single bicep curl...etc), 3 exercises for Triceps(dips, bars...etc). Each
exercise contains 3 sets (14 reps, 14 reps, 14 reps). If the exercise use
two arms alternatively(i.e. alternative bicep curl), I would do 24 reps, 24
reps, 24 reps. As for weight, I use 30lbs dumbbells for first 2 sets of
bicep curl, and 35lbs for last set just for example, sometimes I do 40lbs

5 REP PRESS FOLLOWED BY 5 REP PULL
PRESS 可以采用 ONE ARM PUSH UP, 或脚靠在墙上
PULL 我没有PULL UP BAR, 但是有柱子，可以做爬树一样的 chin up
core 主要做 one leg deep squat |

重量, 但是还是保持3x10.
core看你练哪儿吧. 一般abs的我都是大reps, 比如Russion Twests 3x60, Hanging
Leg Raises 3x20 etc. 练core其他部位可以参照每个set 8-10 reps. 比如我练plate
raises是3x8, barbell glute bridge 3x12 etc. 量力而行, 保证form的情况下做到期
望的reps. 我的原则是form第一, rep数第二. 如果form做到最后保持不了, 就适当降
低reps. 直到力量和肌肉都达到一定水平再增加reps或重量. |

15消失的源头不就行了？毕竟你可是platinum。他没有办法？叫他问他的supervisor。
他的sup不知道？问他sup的sup。如果说建行a了你的钱，拿出证据来。
我的类似经验供lz参考，我当时办的忘了是check还是电汇，在中国银行办的，办理的
时候中国银行郑重承诺，他们就收办理时的手续费，但是对方行收不收费他们不管，然
后接收行是加拿大的cibc，也是郑重保证他们不收手续费。
结果到了cibc存check的时候少了$40。好在我有check在，我就盯死了问我的rep，我的
check上写的明明是这么多啊。我的rep也不好一口咬死就是中国银行乱收费，而是和我
一样困惑说怎么会这样呢？然后帮我狂打电话，最后要到了一个中国银行在ottawa总部
的电话，在那头艰涩以及颠三倒四的中文解释下，大意我忘光了，最后就记得是cibc这
边的总行charge的国际货币结算费用。
后来跟local cibc的rep说了，还是你们cibc charge的啊，rep很遗憾。我就很大度的

won’t look at the 2018 Senate map looming ahead. In total, 33 Senate seats

被盗，也让我知道怎么操作。我也回来分享经历：
今天早上，我不幸的发现自己买的itune和bb也被盗了，总共有1000刀，bb 有$700刀 3
月买的; itune $300，7月买的。今天发现后立刻给Paypal打电话，一个Rep说找bb，我
说要和supervisor谈，她给接通了supervisor，然后supervisor也说不知道卡被盗的事
情，也让我找bb，然后她连个三方通话，看看卡到底什么时候被盗的。后来等了好久都
没有bb都没有客服接电话。pp supervisor说过会再打，她打通了再给我打过来，我们
就挂了。后来她也没挂通，在pp上给我message建了Case#，说要调查。
下午，我有点着急了，打了Bb电话，一个半小时，被转到不同的department，但是客服
都说这事不归我管，后来我实在挺不住了，就挂了。
然后，看到paypal supervisor留了message和Case#。又打电话给pp，另外一个Rep,给

30号那天，他们家网上就有一个promotion是 $69.99 + $100 visa card
我就打电话去，问可不可以match，因为30天之内都可以免费cancel，我说如果不match
，我就cancel了重新装
第一个rep说不可以，不死心，又打了第二个电话，第二个rep说可以，就开心的放下电
话了
今天看到bill，还是$89.99，就打电话去问，说为何没有改
可是rep居然说她看得note，说告诉我了，不能match，就是当时第一个rep写了note，
说了给我的回复。但是第二个rep答应我的，居然没有些note
今天他们说，如果我能show他们当时的offer，他们还是愿意match，可是网上怎么也找
不到当时的promotion了 （ends @ May4th）
大家说我可怎么办呢？ 把我搞得郁闷死了 |
