if it is only moved. If modify some text in the component, it won't update it.
How to make it work? I want to show something when the algorithm is running. I
tried "validate", "update", "repaint". None of them works. Maybe I didn't call
them in the correct way. Nothing need to do when using awt components. The
component will be updated whenever it is modified. Anything special with
swing?

Because when you call repaint(), it doesn't really repaint
right away. Instead it waits until the end of the event loop
and do all the screen updates in one shot. |

underline optimizer decide when and where to paint.

they never sand off the old paint and remove any panel covers.
just mask and paint the surface. the material along worth $100-150.
a good job for complete repainting need to add at least 20-30 hours labour.
that will go to $2000-4000 easily. need to sand to bare metal and paint
hidden areas. I once got a quote from one paint guy for $1800. he offers
half price off regular shops. :o |

they want you to repaint.
I am talking about the touch-up paint you get from dealer, or auto shop,
and apply it yourself.
if you apply very thin layer of touch-up, let it dry, and reapply thin
layers are needed, then usually it'll look ok. usually ugly touch-up is
applying too much at once, and tear drops form.

在从garage倒车出来的时候，看到一辆车要拐弯，于是停下来让对方走，结果那辆车
就直接撞了上来。对方车速也不快，所以只是后bumper划伤了，没有大问题出现。对
方态度很好，下车直接说It's my fault.她承认她走神了，没留意我们停在那里，于
是等她发现的时候已经来不及了。给警察打电话，警察说因为没有人员受伤，而且车
也能开，所以他们不会过来，让我们交换一系列信息，比如驾照号，registration，
保险号等等，说如果保险公司需要report，我们就去警察局填一个self-filled form
就可以了。在同一张纸上，对方也写下来自己是at fault，并且愿意承担repair cost
我的车是两周前才买的新车，这样被撞伤了很心疼，如果想repaint整个bumper，可能
就需要对方保险公司承担维修费用。如果向保险公司claim了以后，我的车会有事故记
录吗？我自己的保险会不会涨呢？
如果只做一些touchup，仿佛能便宜一些，对方可以自己掏腰包。但这样的话还是能看
出一些痕迹，而且有人说时间久了会掉漆。

她自己是承认是她的fault，并且在书面上有她的签名，希望能顺利赔付

又买了两辆相对新一点的二手车
大概说说我的买车经过吧
开始的时候
carsoup, cars, autotrader, craigslist上都看
后来发现还是craigslist上的车比较多
于是每天早上和晚上花点时间看看CL上的新车
看到合适的车
先查价格是否合适 (kbb private good和edmonds的较低的那个)
还行的话
查查autocheck的报告看看有没有什么问题
没有发现问题的话
再google一下卖家给的电话
如果是dealer就基本不考虑了
如果到这部还没有问题
打电话预约test drive
其实这样的车,我们平均这里大概1-2个星期才能找到一辆
最后拿着版上给的检查旧车的check list去看车
主要看几个地方
engine, 车身, 车门重要部件的vin是不是和车子的vin吻合
检查车窗, 车灯, 看是不是有repaint的痕迹
这两项基本可以排除大修过的车
剩下的事情比方说各项功能是不是work, 车子整洁状况, 在路上开的时候是不是一直开
直线等等
最后讨价还价
交钱买车转title
