Sounds like this couple is not easy to deal with. Although you don't care
about changing room color, but they make me feel they are picky. My tenant
wanted to repaint the room too, so they asked me whether it is OK to do so
and they paid by themselves. |

了我两百多。

by new paint, assuming someone must have repainted in the past 40 years!
When you knock down a dry wall for renovation, let the contractors clean up
the site and don't let kids eat chunks of old paint. You should be fine.
Corner lot: Some americans love it because you don't have neighbor on one
side, and you have a little more land. |

Make sure the seller don't cover up prior damages by repainting or blocking
your views.
Get a good home inspector if you still want it. |

Also got a quote at less than $500 from a mobile shop called bumper king.
The reviews I found for this guy seems good. But the price seems too good to
be true comparing to the other two. Anyone had experience with them before?

查了加州政府的官方网站，说是一般情况如果住满两年，房东就不能收repainting of
the wall的费用了，因为一般是suppose interior wall有两年的life，有这回事吗？
我上次租的房子，搬进去的时候墙不是新刷的，而且我又住了两年多，但房东还是
charge我了刷墙的所有费用，想去argue一下。 |

Fireplace is a bit old, and kitchen cabinet is also old style.
This house is basically in a better move-in condition. Nice neutral paint,
remodeled kitchen and repainted bathroom.
You might not like the pool in the backyard, but if you can afford the house
, covering the pool is not going to cost too much.
It would be good deal if you can get it for listing price (or +50k). |
