这道菜较常见的是用肥牛薄片，因为曾经做过，这次想换成用猪肉片试试看，效果不错
，而且火路掌控起来比煎牛肉容易。
材料: 金针菇丶雪花肥牛薄片或猪肉片丶照烧酱丶糖丶生粉丶生抽丶胡椒粉丶sake
过程:
1. 切去金针菇根的部份，把剩下部份泡在水中洗乾净。
2. 取出猪肉薄片，加少许糖丶生抽丶胡椒粉腌一下，可同时加一点sake。
3. 把金针菇放到猪肉片上一端，然後在猪肉片另一端放上少许生粉。
4. 用猪肉片把金针菇裹起来。
5. 烧热油，放裹好的金针菇下锅，慢火煎，先煎开口的位置。
6. 反转再煎。
7. 加上少许水，放入照烧酱，盖锅。
8. 上碟即成。 |

酒精可以达到20%。 我尝试了一下，用棕色蔗糖和纯白糖的混合物25度发酵， 一周后
放在室外（零度上下）自然沉降酵母，这样得到的酒，喝起来像是日本的sake，但是酒
精比sake高。如果想要更高浓度的酒，可以自己蒸馏。
另外他们有专门的酵母，发酵比较完全，可以出来就是低浓度的伏特加。
用纯糖来酿酒，是不可能产生甲醇的。如果不是因为酒贵，自己酿酒是没有什么必要的

就是传说中的牛don(井字中间多个点），或者传说中的吉野家牛肉饭啦~
其实很好做。煮上饭，饭好了这边的牛肉也好了。嘿嘿。如果能买到现成的肥牛片就不
需要费劲自己切了。我没舍得买，就是自己切的。还好刀工还不错，切得够薄。
做Gyudon用的牛肉一定要带点肥，否则也是不好吃，记得哦~
材料：牛肉200g, mirin 1tbsp, sake 1 tbsp, sugar 1 tbsp, 万字酱油 2tbsp，
bouillon 1/4 cube, ginger，1/2 onion
1，牛肉切薄片，洋葱切条，切葱花。
2，烧水，水滚以后把火关掉，倒入肥牛片，颜色变白就捞出
3，倒入mirin sake sugar 酱油，烧滚以后倒入牛肉片，稍微炒一炒就把牛肉片拿出

all you can eat。 我和领导在LA的时候号称海鲜杀手，去海边吃海胆（uni）基本是
家常便饭。一般是一打起，活的还在动的哈。上次看到LA有人潜水摸了海胆吃，羡慕嫉
妒恨呀。通常我们吃海胆生蚝游水虾还有龙虾sashimi， 然后偷着喝白酒，真爽。曾经
LA有一家buffet，海胆生蚝随便吃，在棒子城，停车场超级别扭的。我和领导去过一次
，吃了一打海胆，无数生蚝，其他东西几乎没动，喝了soju一堆，啤酒一堆，居然还敢
开车回家，当时真是胆大。过了一个月又去，居然关门了。我和领导一直很内疚，怀疑
是我俩吃垮的。开玩笑了，我俩这么点饭量，怎么可能吃垮。。。。。。。估计棒子城
的某些烤肉店老板看到这个帖子直接要晕倒了，哈哈。

首先一张打印出来的彩色照片是一张有色彩和图案的二维的纸,它能因此造成视觉效果.
它造成什么视觉效果和它代表了什么,要表达什么,representation, meaning等等,不是

现什么”, “完全由观赏者个人主观决定”,就是让大家先去观察这张有色彩和图案的

这两天看了这些讨论,多数是围绕这三个问题的:
(1)一张照片是什么?
(2)一个摄影师要拍什么?

(1)一张照片是什么?
首先一张打印出来的彩色照片是一张有色彩和图案的二维的纸,它能因此造成视觉效果.
它造成什么视觉效果和它代表了什么,要表达什么,representation, meaning等等,不是
同一个问题.alf多次提到 “视觉美感”, “不同意从作品本身去分析作者意图或者表
现什么”, “完全由观赏者个人主观决定”,就是让大家先去观察这张有色彩和图案的
