Christmas Carol可不止Jingel Bells哦。
觉得最难唱的是Frosty the Snowman因为太快啦，还有Mr. Grinch词儿太多啦，上个月
刚刚练了Jolly Old St. Nicolas勉强跟上。至于其他歌，难度都不是很大，挺容易跟
唱的。

此多说两句一家之言。
一部电影是由很多镜头连在一起组成的，但是这并不意味着一部电影的影响就应该被局
限在主线情节的镜头里，有时候主线镜头之外的东西其实也是导演的有意安排，即所谓
弦外之音。比如常见的黑帮电影就经常使用地下非法的东西来隐喻地上合法的东西。《
The Godfather》里面，观众眼前的黑道血肉横飞却也有情有义，反衬的是背景里政府
商界的冠冕堂皇但是冷酷无情。
Martin Scorsese作为老导演是比较喜欢这种手法的。比如他在早些的《Taxi Driver》
里面用对一个性格极端的个人的异化过程的描述来反衬现代社会近乎绝望的人际冷漠。
《Gangs of New York》里纽约黑帮的打打杀杀的后面，弦外之音其实是所谓白道的警
察的阴狠贪婪，和政府赤裸裸的自私和猥琐（比如从欧洲刚刚抵达新大陆的移民从船上

一、注意“长老”不是“老年人”可能是年轻人或中年人。请长老抹油祷告是很正常的
，任何相信圣经的教会都会有人相信并实践的。
二、我不清楚怎样解释‘“圣经”“新约”明确要求女人在教会要“闭口不言”’。
我不知道这个教导是不是绝对的，或“明确”。
例如，哥林多前书十一章，

look at their happy faces everyday. You simply cannot imagine to hurt them
in anyway. Only when a damaged marriage hurts them more, should the couple
divorce.
This is just my opinion. To me for the moment, my kids' sake equals my own
sake. Everyone has his/her own way of pursuing happiness. I think it is
quite dumb when you see the happiness and want to give it up.

其实很好做。煮上饭，饭好了这边的牛肉也好了。嘿嘿。如果能买到现成的肥牛片就不
需要费劲自己切了。我没舍得买，就是自己切的。还好刀工还不错，切得够薄。
做Gyudon用的牛肉一定要带点肥，否则也是不好吃，记得哦~
材料：牛肉200g, mirin 1tbsp, sake 1 tbsp, sugar 1 tbsp, 万字酱油 2tbsp，
bouillon 1/4 cube, ginger，1/2 onion
1，牛肉切薄片，洋葱切条，切葱花。
2，烧水，水滚以后把火关掉，倒入肥牛片，颜色变白就捞出
3，倒入mirin sake sugar 酱油，烧滚以后倒入牛肉片，稍微炒一炒就把牛肉片拿出
4，锅里剩的酱汁里面加入一点点水，bouillon，姜，烧开以后加入洋葱，炒一炒，焖5
分钟
5，把牛肉片倒进去拌匀。喜欢酱汁多的就可以装盘了，喜欢酱汁少的可以稍微收一下
，但是别收太久否则牛肉片会老。
6，盛饭，盛牛肉，撒葱花。有甜姜七味什么的也都可以摆上去，我家没有就没弄。
