比去年进步不少啊，看着整个身体直很多，紧很多，core strength有提高,
streamline提高了不少，特别是送肩滑行那一下。
水下动作，特别是手的推水应该提高不少。
手臂水上动作还要继续提高。还是老问题，推完水出水的时候有停顿，然后才开始前移
。这个可能和你推水用力有关，发完力你立刻想休息。也有可能和你呼吸有关，因为你
手臂停顿的时候，如果遇上呼吸，会更加明显。另外入水的位置和角度要改进。现在比
较靠中线，另外不够远。这些和高肘做的不到位有关。
可能要练打水了。现在时不时的腿会乱，弯膝盖，而且下沉。
我猜你这个不是长游巡航状态中的一段，而是认真游了一个50专门拍的。如果这样的话
，我觉得你问的疲劳程度对FORM 有多少影响这个问题影响不大。
蝶泳怎么样了？
加油加油啊。。。能坚持游就是进步啊。

划水和Streamline：
转体要充分，但更重要的是要保持Streamline， 为什么戴Snorkel时打水觉得轻松很多
？那是因为身体的Streamline好很多。不划水的一侧手臂一定要保持严格的Streamline
， 在肩膀的延长线伸直，头要靠在伸直的手臂上，身体有一定的紧张程度，腰不要垮
，在划水臂侧身划水的时候，要体会这个Streamline并保持这个Streamline快到划水过
程的结束。 这样身体就像一根木桩子一样漂在水面上，划水的手臂像船桨。还有就是
眼睛要往下看，脖子要放松，这样腿就会浮起来。不用戴脚蹼，腿也会浮起来。
用Cable Cross练习划水，游泳视频精选里有Andy Potts的示范。我是用下面这个器械
，感觉很好。

我可以做到左右交替换气（3下手换一次），可是有时候在水下吐气的时候，还没到三
下手就吐完了，这样就会觉得比较整体都比较累。
Streamline么，看不到自己的streamline呀。。。倒是经常在水里偷窥人家的
streamline。
正在纠结要不要请个教练指导一下，可是又觉得是不是还是在请教练之前把打手和划腿
先练好，毕竟这是功夫活儿。也不知道什么时候才能做到像蛙泳一样，游得流畅舒服而
且不累。
我确实是不能穿泳裤的，会被抓起来的吧。=P

我觉得没什么大问题，需要的就是多游，积累水感，然后慢慢找到一个动作周期里面有
张有弛的感觉，现在每时每刻全身的每个部位都是紧张的，所有会疲劳。
要练streamline。没事在家里拉伸拉伸摆摆streamline的造型，然后每次游的时候就蹬
壁出发不做动作，看用streamline能滑多远。记得蹬出去要在水下，而不是在水面上。
要练打腿，fingertips drag, catch-up drill。
会有进步哒~

蝶泳腿有助于streamline，这在蝶泳中十分重要，因为它是以划水为主要推进方式的快
速泳姿。蛙泳的推进方式是手/腿，50/50的，在长游中30/70的，慢速泳姿，蛙泳手蝶
泳腿是不划算的。尤其在开水，蛙泳唤气要抬的更高，不但产生不了什么推进力，更不
好保持streamline，这时蝶泳腿的streamline优势荡然无存。
另外，蝶泳腿要求很多的躯干肌做功，股四头肌和臀肌的利用远不如蛙泳打腿。人不是
鱼，股四头及和臀肌的力量和持久力要比躯干及强的多。
蛙泳手蝶泳腿是蛙泳的基本drill，我想小时候练过的应该是不会有这种异想天开的
idea的。 |

就我能找到的katie视频，她的右臂贴头，在左臂划水的时候保持右侧的streamline加
转体做的非常非常好。我不知道她如果采用左手一样的入水方式是否还能做到这么好。
反过来说，她的左手是否可以采用大拇指入水？不可能。因为她的游法决定了她的左手
入水的时候右手划到中后，身体向右侧换气，她不可能把左手掌竖起来大拇指入水。
但是她左侧streamline明显不如右侧。或者她属于那种大拇指入水手臂旋转做
streamline更好的类型，或者没有足够的时间伸直左臂，或者在一头沉的情况下和换气
同时做动作都达到完美的程度真的很难。 |
