玩笑话不说，我说一下自己对Cleveland的个人看法（在克里夫兰住了7年，加州和纽约
都去过几次），最后决定要看你自己的个人喜好，简单而言，就是喜欢热闹或者怕冷的
人千万别来克里夫兰，来了会觉得闷；想好好过日子，爱好户外运动的，克里夫兰非常
适合你。
克里夫兰别号Forrest City,当然不是吹的，绿化那是一个好，到处都是草地和绿树，
克里夫兰边上有一个大湖, Lake Erie,喜欢钓鱼的人可以经常去逛逛，要是10万年薪的
话买条船也不在话下，据我有船的同事说这里一年帕船费1千多美元，买条像样点的船
一万多美元。附近的小公园也很多，跑步骑车都有的去处。
说到消费的大头，就是房子，克里夫兰的房子非常便宜，尤其是和加州比。加州好点学
区的3br, 1800SQFT condo都奔90万去了，这里顶天20万。在这里30万左右可以在最好
的学区买一个2000+ SQFT的大house.有网站估计克里夫兰的收入相当于南加140%的收入。

literally就在机场边上. 而且DFW比Houston强不少, 航班多且便宜, 比较是AA老巢.
学区也还不错.
Plano和Frisco老中多, 不过plano现在已经拥挤到不行了. 如果你commute downtown
dallas每天都想死. 另外Plano这个suburb已经开始有点规模了, 有点要独立的意思,
同时也有城市变大的那些坏处, 你懂的. Frisco新房子都是豪宅为主, 不过也不算贵.
Frisco规划的还挺好的, 毕竟算新兴的suburb, 不过据说老印特别多.
Austin好玩一点点, 不过考虑到你是养孩子也可以忽略了, 你也不会去吸大麻也不可能

本来就没有很多，当然还是以football为主。住在Suburb里的中产白人才是Football球
迷的中流砥柱，而它又占了全国人口的53%，这些人的立场有左有右，更多的是不太关
心政治（起码在此之前）。很多Suburb都是一座座football towns，劳模目前为止其实
也就集中在西海岸和德州而已 |

特征是family-orientation，所以其特性更加适合有小孩的家庭居住生活，虽然可能舍
弃一部分urban life的优势，也有一定的不足之处，但是综合而言，在家庭生活，子女
教育，安全，居住环境，成本方面的优势让更多家庭选择在suburb居住。而年轻人更喜
欢住在酒吧等娱乐场所更多的传统城市附近，即使付着高昂的租金居住年代久远的公寓。
但是整体来说，如果有选择的话，更多的人还会选择suburb life胜于city life，而把不远处的city作为生活调剂品而非必需品，这个由人的特性决定，毕竟把 hang out的便利性看得比家庭居住环境更重要的人群年龄段非常有限。
当然上面说的也不是绝对的，在美国的很多城市也有很多基于汽车的但是却有很多
boutique shop 特色商店及酒吧等娱乐场所的区域，通常这些区域有相对久一些的历史
。另外很多基于汽车的大城市其实郊区概念和传统城市有很大不同。例如多中心布局的
