agree with you on importance of fundamentals. i have examined my swing
fundamentals for several rounds already. it's a lot of work just checking if
we are doing exactly fundamentals specify.
my swing is not yet ingrained yet. so i'd like to build a swing with an
efficient swing model. ideally put fundamentals into a system/framework and
try to grab it as a whole. in terms of efficient, i would even consider

- Down swing is still not initiated from the hip area. I have been working
on this motion for the past 2 months. Very frustrating.

1) Your legs are quiet
2) Your swing is light

1) You do not turn your body, which I mean your spine and shoulder. You seem
to swing with your arms more. I saw kind of outside-in swing path at the
moment you hit the ball and that produced a pull to left. That may say you
swing with arms and they move faster than your body. I don't know how to
correct that though. I guess this need your own |

ELS because more slomo video of his swing are available. i just focus on
the common features. like his lag, posture, impact and finish... he
rehinges club quicker than tiger during finish....
get tiger bood from lib for second time, he talked about swing change, he
treat swing like a fragile gift, no dramatic change. more like fine tuning.

年轻pro的，对照下。就查不多了。
Randy说，想象也是，他当打之年，和他开始学golf的时候，没什么定势，每个人姿势都
不一样。当然，ben hogan还是教育了一拨人。
至少在swing looking上。
我见过几个所谓的年轻 teaching professionals。 比如这边resort rim rock golf c
ourse, 还有前几天才打的river place golf course, 前面一个美国人，后面一个是可
能是印度后裔，各自都不高，可能1.68m左右，号称都有很smooth swing, good lookin
g swing, 一点也没实用。well, 也许天气不tough的时候，风和日丽，看起来不错；一
旦风刮起来，我知道很多人的swing会变得很compact，很快，（也许是naturally 身体
调整来对抗风或冷天气），这些都有效多了。

发帖数: 977 | 10 虽然过去1年已经有几次这种想法了，每次都发现还有问题，但这一次真的感觉很好，
至少是一个重大提高。今天解决了一直困扰我的duck hook的问题。前一阵子我用1.加
大shoulder turn,2.down swing时右臂夹紧大大减少了duck hook,但有时还是hook, 尤
其是头几洞身体比较僵硬或左边有水时。总之是不稳定。今天看了一本书The secret
of Hogan's Swing,有一段说Hogan说两个arm要united,就像一个大arm在swing，两臂在
down swing时都要贴紧身体。我试了一下，发现很神奇。以前只注意了右臂夹紧，没想
左臂如何，造成有时左臂fly out，out race 身体，造成hook.而两臂都贴紧身体的话
就能做到靠躯干转动而带动手臂swing，这样更利于发力，并且大大提高consistency,
也不容易hook.不过如果手臂behind身体太多，会push. 我是用比以前稍微strong一些
的grip来调整方向。其实我上星期就突然找到了感觉，连续打了好几个好driver，但第
二天就怎么也找不到那种感觉了。今天unit |

release。
但是core swing是很像。
想想golf应该容易，躺哪里不动的。:)
关键是baseball swing几乎不用学，非常natural。
真正的GOLF SWING. 我觉得这是一个很好的方法体会转体,当然还有其他方法能够体会
以脊椎为轴进行转动. 这个方法是看着很好学,如果你认为你这样挥两下,两分钟后你也

and I try to feel I am hit the ball into the ground.
I also have stable swings for driver, 3w/h, 4w/h. The swing plane is much
flatter and my feel is to sweep the ball across the turf.
I am struggling with 7i, 6i and especially 5i. The 5i is 38.5" long and it
is a bit too long for me. I choke down on the grip. However, it is still an
awkward feeling. The swing plane it too flat for me to feel hitting down

a very early wrist hinge before body turn. It is not a problem, but this
kind of takeaway introduce lots of hand-wrist action,make the takeaway jerky

量，下杆尽可能多释放能量。
这个过程犹如一个弹簧。我们这些业余的弹性有限，自然不能像专业的拧得那么完美。
如果为了在形式上做到full swing 而将弹簧拧过头，则不能达到想要的效果。
你随便一打的时候反而是将你自己这个弹簧拧到了最合适的位置。自然效果不错。

起来了就去Y游泳。最近为了网球经常早起。
热身（5x100）感觉水粘稠了，背的力气明显减弱,速度新低。
打水（3X100）没有明显的变化（注意点：帝导提示的均匀+绷脚尖）
打水->游泳 （100）自己瞎琢磨, 半lane 打水，剩下半lane游泳，目标就是帝导提示
的把Drill里相对好一点的打水动作“感染”到游FreeStyle里。
游 （2X100）趁着打水，重点想着绷脚尖和均匀打水。感觉小腿肌肉能相对轻松的长时
间绷脚尖同时相对均匀的6B打水。第一次有这感觉。以前，一般都2B，6B稍微一长就自
动变2B。看来小腿支撑着“200磅大米”打5次网球还是得到些锻炼。感谢老费激励我打
网球。
感觉水牛和难得糊涂都是神速打水。水牛好像还打篮球，看过游泳视频，腿部肌肉超发
达。难得糊涂好像除了游泳还沉迷于跑马拉松和Crossfit。感觉路上运动对打水还是很
有帮助的。
由于背和肩严重退化，超慢速度+夸张休息地游了几个200，唯一的的亮点就是基本都是

exersaucer。目前我儿子5个多月了，我说说我的感觉：
playmat (or playgym)是最早开始用的，月子里就开始了，宝宝开始不怎么感兴趣，大点后就喜欢了，现在还能吸引
他。
Swing也是月子里就用了，但是是过了满月才开始发挥大作用的，一直到现在，只要放进去摇不到5分钟就着了，除非他
实在是不困。我有两个，有一个很管用，有一个不怎么行。管用的是这个：Fisher-Price Ocean Wonders Aquarium
Cradle Swing,不怎么管用的是这个Fisher-Price My Little Snugabunny Cradle 'n Swing。不知道是不是
因为先有的第一个，他习惯了？满了5个月后就不喜欢在上面玩了，老挣扎着要下来，不过对睡觉还管用。
Bouncer最实用，从满月一直用到现在，醒着的时候不想抱他了就把他放到bouncer上或
playmat或另外一个ikea买的

ok with it but seems to like the rocker more. I will go with the rocker if
you have budget, as it is easier to carry around the house and it is cheaper
as compare to swing and kids seems to like it. My daughter now 5 months is
using it now and my son love it too.
Just start using the jumperoo on Sunday, pretty good ^^ totally different
feature than the rocker and swing tho ^^ |

的，所以是要戒掉，否则以后睡不下了就没有办法了。

发帖数: 42 | 27 这是一个我这几个月以来最成功的swing trade例子，我以此来介绍一下如何进行swing
trade。 做swing trade的好处是不用太关注每日的波动，做好stop loss，基本不用
看盘。不像DT每天那么累。非常适合我们这样的青蛙。
我在1月底在这里pump过SYNA这个股票，我之所以关注这个股票是因为他的short
interest特别高(>40%)，如果一旦有什么正面消息，很可能会发生巨大的short
squeeze.
2月3日，这个股票放量大涨(vol > previous day's vol x 2),我在当天下午进了一些
，因为下午的时候这个股票的趋势基本就很明朗了。进了之后我立即设置了一个stop
order@18。接下去2个月的操作我在路上标明了。关键只有2点：
1. 把握好趋势，看清support和resistence. RSI/MACD/BB band这些tech indicator
只是辅助作用，关键还是看价格，量，趋势。
2. 设置好止损，图再好也有失败的时候。做swing trade的时候我一般把止损设置的比
前一天的低点稍微低一点。不要设st |

swing是fisher price cradle n swing，my little lamb,用了六个月，宝宝
小时候经常在里面睡觉，很好用，可谓是life saver。这个swing当初买的时候也是朋
友推荐的，果然没有让我失望。swing现在看起来还是很新的，买来的时候差不多100吧
，现在想卖个50。
Graco infant car seat，基本就是新的，总共用了不超过10次，我很少带宝宝出去，
所以用得很少。现在我家胖娃坐infant car seat已经太挤了，给换了convertible了。
这个car seat能用到22lb，从来没出过任何车祸。想卖个40吧。

Swing本人去的不多。知道去过的有的舞会有每周日在Every Sunday Night at the
Eldorado Ballroom。另外林星在SSQQ或者dancing city，bacchus都有。还有专门的
west coast在westheimer上有一个。具体没去过但据说那是west coast 的据点。
Swing学生年轻人比较多。很欢快。
另外，在中国城还有个越南人开的舞会，类似国内的交谊舞会。我没去过，经常听说。
时不时不同的发起人或者组织会联系外地的老师来work shop通常大家都信息互通。然
后整个这个community大家都很nice。去过几次舞会，上过几次课，就都脸熟了。然后
信息就都知晓了。不管什么舞种，那个圈子都是那一拨人，而且整个我感觉休斯敦氛围
还是不错的。感兴趣的去几次大家也就都熟了。希望这些信息对有兴趣的朋友有用。

a typical golf swing has 4 benchmark moments:
a: the set up;
b: top of the back swing;
c: moment of impact;
d: the finish.
obviously, a golf swing is a continuous process, everything in between
matters as much, if not more.
but for most amatuers who's learning the game, it is impossible to get every
point to be perfect. if there's anything that is the crucial part of the
swing, it is from b to c.

nice swing to have. Comparing to typhoon's much polished swing, you
probably need more work to be done. First, find someone check your stance.
Secondly, it looks like you couldn't keep your spine steady during the swing

doing so well with very good timing and tempo which add a lot of power. To

possible problems
1)too much back swing, head pop up and shift to target, then move in O shape
counter clock wise...
2)head move too much during the entire swing, KJ choice head move is the
smallest, AK very small, Tiger is the largest of the three, tiger heading
sinking a little
3) arms - shoulders triangle is no good. right shoulder too low
for the three pros, AK's right shoulder is kind of low. KJ choi |

concepts ( from one of the instructor) that helps me a lot. see attachment.
you can also go to golfwrx.com, Swing/Fitness/Beginners forum. lots of
people discuss golf swing and drills there. two instructor are famous there
who teach hogan-like swing. slicefixer and dfw1500. pay attention to their
posts.

paid close attention to position the top of back swing, both very close to
that of pro players:
1) at top of back swing, hand (club shaft) is slightly higher than head.
2) left arm straight, and press tightly on chest. i mean the angle between

but my recommendation to you is..
1) stay loose
2) do some 1/2, 3/4 swing, in stead of the current over-swing.
3) your hip, along the target line, moves back & forth too much in the proce
ss of your golf swing. it's killer. it's the biggest killer, along with the
uncessary head move （actually, head move could be caused by the body move a
s well.)

一些老问题. strange each time i tried to correct these swing faults, i felt
i swing not smooth and uncomfortable. often times over cook the fix and hit
balls worse... change swing is not an easy task, only change a bit a time.
saw a young coach, who just told me to keep chest infront and swing easy...

straight drive at some holes. i have to think about it, and rehearse for a

我相信的基本上就是 从solid ball contact - how you make the contact - how you

上次参加的教会的活动，认识一个打得也不错的人。后来记得常在练习场上见到他。每
次他都带个摄像机，拍swing video，现场看；然后按照他的理解来纠正动作。
今天和他聊了2句，他给我展示了个新的训练工具，一个特别的golf club，奇怪在club
head上，想象成一把勺子。当然club face依然是平的，就是最club face下面，常和
地面接触那部分，多了一截。
他说这个工具的作用就是让你训练hands lead club face. 因为club face下面多了一
截，那截必须在土里才能让club |

这个道理其实和野球一个道理
pro的动作不适合大多数人，因为，腿长，臂长，肌肉啥的都不一样
每个人都有自己的swing pattern
楼主可以去试试看找个teacher练练
一般而言，普通人的back swing都会过长，因为是学pro的，但是你的肌肉可能控制不
了这么长的back swing。俺的teacher再三和我说的。然后我half back swing（杆不平
行，但大于90度）+slow down，能consistently hit 260-270 with accuracy. 一般人
能做到hip turn, hold wrist，relax的人不多，做到了，consistency就有了，然后可
以慢慢练距离
Iron其实就更个人化了
我可能比较年轻，教练就是这样教我的。
楼主若遇到自己解决不了的问题，可以去试试教练。俺现在就这样玩，麻烦的问题来了

Really, good swing. But I did notice you "dip" a bit (center of gravity
forward) at your stance, is it because it's a wedge? Do you have the same
stance for longer clubs? I have to say your drive swing looks pretty
effortless (I'd love to have that swing). BTW, how far do drive with that
swing?
