Gardener》一样；波哥以此正告男同胞，千万不要雇园丁？我是看得非常感伤，想起
liquer小说里的一句话：“谁的幸福不是千疮百孔的”。
Jualianne Moore演的女主人，美丽亲切迷人；丈夫事业有成，膝下一对儿女；家有豪
宅，有一圈上流社会的朋友，经常开party，在当地报纸上置顶，是人人羡慕的理想家
庭、理想女性。可她丈夫是个同性恋。当时社会里同性恋还不太被接受，她丈夫还勉力
去接受心理治疗，希望能把自己矫正过来，能维持这个家庭。可他越来越暴躁，甚至失
手打了妻子。最后他终于当着孩子的面失声哭泣：“I can't... I can't...”他再也
撑不下去了，只能离婚，和他的爱人在一起，才能重获内心的平静。
这个男人失声痛哭的一刻挺感人的，他烦躁难安、常常忍不住发脾气、过后又无比悔恨

，现代就是一切古典、秩序、宁静、典雅等东西分崩离析的时代，是deconstruction的

kate给我感觉最强烈的是她和邻居说要去法国，回家后和丈夫大笑邻居吃惊的表情，很
满足似的。他丈夫和同事说要去法国，也很有炫耀的味道。后来丈夫说不去了，她的第
一反应就是邻居会怎么说，面子都丢尽了。好像他们出国都是为了给别人看似的，不是
真正对法国有什么了解。是很文艺女青年，而且是比较浮夸的文青，呵呵。我就觉得有
点虚荣，只不过不是物质上的虚荣，是精神上的。我也不知道怎么解释，大致是这个意
思。

melie一角，让很多人记住了她那古怪精灵的扮相。那是一部法国片，至少是外语片无论是
对于我们还是对于美国或者英国人。新片《美丽坏东西》来自英国，Audrey Tatou
的表现被影评家称为超越Amelie的杰作——Amelie是充满幻想色彩的角色，而这里Dirty
pretty things里那是一个更真实的角色——年轻、紧张、守身如玉，梦想去纽约的土耳其
姑娘。
美丽坏东西一片描述了一种大多数西方观众都很少接触的边缘生活：发达国家里来
自第三世界的非法移民（虽然故事发生在伦敦，不过很容易也可以把它随便安置在纽约或
者旧金山）。主人公和电影里的其他角色试图努力改善他们的生活——哪怕这是一种缺氧
的环境——贪婪的小店老板，穷追不舍的移民局官员，还有哪些不同背景不同语言不同身
份做着不同选择的非法移民。
影片里我们同时看到了两种截然相反的事物：美丽的触动心灵/丑陋的令人作呕。片
子的核心在提问这样的问题：一个人如何在一个非道德的世界里而刚正不阿？一个人如何

呵呵，评论算不上，算是观后感吧。不明白为什么有人用“变态”二字形容这样的
影片，我倒是觉得这部片子朴实、真实并且亲切。呵呵，看到一个人说必须大于28
岁才能看得懂这部片子，我觉得没有必要，只要是七十年代末八十年代初出生的，
都可以感受到片中的亲切---不是因为情节而是因为细节。
有些片子需要以情节取胜，譬如好莱坞的大片，故事跌宕起伏，扣人心弦；但是有
些电影却是以细节感人，《孔雀》是后一类，就像旧照片，一切都是静止的，没有
故事，只有记忆。Rememberance of Things Past，用这个短语形容《孔雀》再恰当
不过了，只是回忆而已。
故事的开始环境就十分熟悉，七八十年代典型的北方城市，典型的老城区。不知道
是不是每一个城市都有一个区叫做“老城--区”--以区别建国后新建的工厂密集的
工业区，至少在我的家乡是这样。老城区是历史的沉积，胡同巷子都很窄，街道也
密集，不少的房子都是很久以前留下来的，青砖黑瓦，有些残破了。屋子里面采光
不太好，所以夏日一般都把小桌子放在屋外吃饭，炉子（我们那里叫“煤火”） |

technology is advance enough to monitor the air safety, and maybe the
character is kind of reckless in nature. OK, I can live with that.
However, what I can't live with, and the most stupid thing is, one guy saw a
freaking snake-like alien emerging from the water, and his first response
is not running away, but to TOUCH it!!! Are you kidding me!!!
The original ALIEN did a much, much better job showing the alien attack:
