As my running HR decreases (same pace), it is getting harder
and harder to run at higher HR as I used to. Is this supposed
to be a good thing? Should I push myself more (faster pace)?
Or just let running HR drop? If I run faster, my AT hurts the
next morning.I have been control my pace no faster than 9:00/mi.

Weird, I have almost negative improvement on LHR... Already decide to drop
LHR, it just does not apply to me.
Envy all of you.

如果跑得更快以保持原来的hr,心肺吃得消,腿吃不消了,是这个意思么?

必然是好事情。
原因是心肺能力的提高,快于腿脚肌肉的提升。
所以进行一段时间的有氧基础训练以后,腿脚就跟不上心肺能力了。
