义，T36算起步吧，否则不如弄个变倍。
镜子这个钱还真是不好省，如果预算有限，我宁可买把便宜的栓，反正现在的栓动都很
准，也要砸钱买个几百刀的镜子，比如Vortex Viper HS 5-15X。scope is where
magic happens
我以前给CZ 452配了个一百刀的Vortex 6-24X，结果五发组里经常打出flier来，而且
说不定什么时候发生。有一次让某优秀射手赶上了，扔下句还不如他那把从来打不进
sub moa的marlin。。。后来换了个Weaver Tactical，50码打sub moa常事，风小的时
候打200码的铁靶子也很轻松，所以镜子这个钱不能省
我现在看好了一个打一千码到一迈的镜子，$4K，正在攒钱中 |

发帖数: 394 | 10 Nikon Prostaff 没有视差调节功能，完全不推荐。中等价位楼主可以买一个Vortex
Viper 4-12x40 或者 Bushnell 4200, 都有很好的adjustment level 以及 视差调节。
不过在对比了Nikon Prostaff 和 Bushnell Trophy XLT ($150) 以后， 我不得不说
Nikon 镜子的确是更清晰，尤其是在镜子边缘。Bushnell 的低档镜子边缘普遍都存在
image distortion. 三者相比， Vortex 是最好的选择。 |

你说的是停产的1-4x razor，还是1-6x razor gen ii？
后者光学不错，低矮大转轮我也挺喜欢。但超级重（vortex网站上25.2oz，其他很多地
方的18.4oz不确），分划是配合miculek自己的手装弹弹道的。
而且不能拿镜+所有附件的价钱去和vortex一个镜子比啊。要不然的话，razor gen ii
加上一个镜座，可以在有deal的时候买leupold的mark 6了，那个比gen ii好。 |

can cause very weird ball movements, I think. There could be strong vortex
in one side of the ball that counter-rotating the ball, and as it reach the
ground, the vortex could dissipate, and the initial rotation could become
dominant again. Just some guess. Maybe a computer aerodynamic simulation can
tell the truth, a funding for that will be great, haha.

Vortex看着真口水啊，不过高配4000实在买不下去，2个980算1000，三大件加ssd算
1000，特殊的customize+机箱+电源+IO算1000，剩下1000就是利润了（不过msi还得给
reseller留利润，那就算500利润吧）。这还是按我们ds retail买件的价格算，如果算
msi渠道货源价肯定起码还要低个15%吧。
这货要是2500就上一个……
我们自己能攒一个类似的吗，圆筒形就不追求了，不需要自己加工啥case的情况下，能
攒一个够小够安静够powerful的方案吗，不需要小到6L，能有个10L就行吧，必要的时
候能携带一下就行。chiphell上有没有类似作品演示的。 |

and your DNA sample still stays intact.
Also, make sure you have a very accurate and calibrated pipette to use, in
this kind of series dilution, pipetting error could be detrimental to your
result. If your pipette is not accurate enough, try increase the volume of
each dilution so that you could reduce the effect of pipetting error. |

Eppendorf tube.
Add 100 microliter of quick tail digestion buffer (below).
Incubate @ 56 C several hours to overnight.
Vortex and incubate @ 99 C, 10 minutes.
Centrifuge @ max speed, 5 minutes.
(NB i don't vortex so i don't need to centifuge the tube, it works)
Use 1-2 microliter aliquot of supernatant for a 25-50 microliter PCR
reaction (or whatever you routinely do).

我曾经试过多种办法提没有降解（用Bio-Rad or Agilent Bioanalyzer测integrity or
quality (RNA Integrity Number (RIN) by Agilent or RNA Quality Index (RQI)
by Bio-Rad)，不是仅仅用Nanodrop测RNA integrity or quality）的total RNA，然后
做microarray．
1.液氮研磨：RNA quality好，可以做microarray，但是麻烦和太慢（原因你应该知道
）。
２. Glass tissue homogenizer: it didn't work for me to grind tissue in
Trizol in ice bucket with ice, although my tissue was thin and tiny.
Bioanalyzer showed RNA degradation.It's also low through-put.

超过一千刀的镜子，没有FFP我是不会考虑的。打枪的时候有很多事情需要专注，ID
target, Natural POA, DOPE。。。SFP的镜子要分神换算只会填麻烦
枪和镜子磕磕碰碰是很难免的，镜子长期受后座力的振动其实属于消耗品，耐造加保修
好的镜子才值得买，Vortex无敌，S&B只有两年保修。现在你只玩benchrest，等你以后
枪和镜子多了，总会换来换去，SFP的局限就体会出来了 |
